  Could not even get them to show up for an estimate. I didn't even try to reschedule. Sandy and the tech I spoke with were very unprofessional. I scheduled the original appointment with Tracy, she was very nice. I can only conclude the work would have been unacceptable as well.

  Does not give an estimate prior to doing the work. They, instead, charge $155/ hour to walk around on the roof and try to figure it out as they go along.... not knowing whether they can fix it or not.Then, if they can’t fix it ($155 or more later), they will give you an estimate to replace the roof. Who does that?

  We apologize for any inconvenience. It does not appear as though we have ever done any work for you. Our policy is standard. We send a service crew to respond to leaks as the majority are generally quick to identify and repair. We have found that for most of our customers we are able to send a crew to identify the source of the leak and repair it in a short matter of time. We do this because it is almost always less expensive to send a crew to identify the problem and repair it than it is to increase billing rates to cover the cost of a separate trip out for diagnosis.   Extremely unprofessional company that is not interested in fixing issues. I highly recommend staying away and going with a company that is willing to do what they say and resolve issues.

  Don't let this be YOU. Peninsula Roofing was contracted to replace the roof of our condo building in Ocean City. The first day of work Peninsula left the roof in a condition that allowed water to infiltrate three of the top floor homes. My condo was directly under Peninsula's cut to remove the roof materials. Day 2, the water was being "removed" from the roof. You can imagine my surprise and dismay when it was raining IN my condo, but not outside. Over the next six months, water further infiltrated my condo five times. Initially, after the indoor rain, Mr. Shawn Fahey the president of Peninsula assured me that he would take full responsibility for the damage his company caused and for my displacement from my home. They put me and my pet up in the Best Western for a week. After that, DOGE, DELAY, DENY, DISRESPECT Didn't get resolved until I finally stopped trying and told my attorney to file in court. $10,000 in legal fees, a year displaced from my home Don't let this be YOU.

  Not impressed at all. In process of buying two new homes and both need new roofs, called to get estimate on the jobs for bank and the woman that answered phone told me unless I own the house she couldn't help me. They wouldn't even talk to me. Unbelievable I'm floored! Just to let you know I own 5 houses and in process of buying 2 more so you just lost a very good potential customer.

After doing some research it seems as though there was a miscommunication on our office's end. Typically if a customer doesn't own the house, such as a tenant that is renting, we have to hear first from the owner of the property.   I own a number of commercial properties from apartments, single tenant, and small office building/strip. I always have a great experience with Peninsula Roofing .. Communication/scheduling is direct with a live person, and you are out in the schedule within 24 hours. They give detailed scope of work done on the invoice , with pictures , and pricing is very fair. they give recommendations without the “upsell”. Highly recommend for any roofing work

  I had the most awesome experience with this company,they were amazing,they did a fantastic job, I was taking back even more by the clean up,I mean every little piece of any sort of debris was gone and then they have a magnet that they scan …

  As always, the crew was very accommodating and thorough, cleaning behind all 13 skylights and even cleaning off the debris on the deck and patio. I was very pleased with their report as well.

  Peninsula Roofing Company has done work on both my house and detached garage. Service was quick, efficient, and the price was competitive. Crews cleaned up completely and respected the property. Would definitely recommend.

  When a stick went through my roof on a windy rainy night, Peninsula Roofing patched the hole to prevent further leaking from my attic. Then the next day came back and patched the roof, all on the weekend. Since this was above my master bedroom they gave me a piece of mind.
