  I hired Bay Area because of their high rating. Sadly this is not what we got. Our job was contracted out to another company. The service we received was amateur to say the least. Our motion detector spot lights were broke and blown into my yard and under our vehicles. I told them I have a dog and not to do this. So they pretty much decided to just stop the clean up. I spent two hours cleaning up scrap metal, screws, nails and job debris from my yard. The worst part happened in the morning when I woke up and saw the end of the gutters, and the job they did on our end caps. We upgraded to gutter helmets and I cant even describe what these looked like. So I will attach a picture. After calling my sales rep and finding out that he no longer worked there. I called the office to fill them in on the issues that we had. And that something needed to be done, because this is definitely not what we paid for. When another project manager came out to the house and saw them even he didn't know what to say about them. I ended up finding out the next day when they came back to try to correct some of the issues, that the guys just didn't have the end pieces on their truck. So they made a piece to put on them. I had seven of these put on the end of my gutters, and they looked horrible. I was told everything would be fixed on a specific date and it was not. I ended up having to go out and purchase the lights and the motion detection myself and put them back up. They did give me a $200 discount from my total, the lights cost me $80. So all in all everything they did wrong and the horrible customer service I received was really only worth a $120 to them. It took them a week to get everything finished. I did get a call from the owner telling me basically that "this is not their norm" and pretty much that was it. Even the second project manager that came out to our house was supposed to come and finish part of the job and install the lights and never showed up and never called to say he w

  Don’t ever go through a dude named Josh here… he tries to do jobs on the side and then never follows through and I got completely screwed over by him!!! Stopped answering the phone and never completed the job after giving me his cell number to contact him on!

  Bay Area Exterior did an outstanding job on our roof and gutters. Huge thanks to Matt Mister for his professionalism, great communication, and excellent work from start to finish. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and the quality of the work was top-notch. He also helped us deal with the insurance company which can be overwhelming but he made it easy! They did our roof in one day and they cleaned everything up afterwards. Matt even came the next day to double check everything looked good. Matt definitely went above and beyond. They made our house look brand new! Highly recommend Matt Mister and the Bay Area Exterior!

  As a licensed architect here in Easton, I highly recommend Bay Area Exteriors. I worked with them for a roof replacement on my house after hail damage.   Our experience with Josh Knoebel proj mgr at Bay Area exteriors MD. Was a pleasant courteous experience. No pushy sales pitch just honest facts about our windows. My questions were answered samples were shown.And. Measurements were taken Twice by different Techs to insure accuracy. Delivery time was reasonable. The install window team was amazing. Prompt , courteous found a potential issue with our old window and repaired it before installing our new windows. Team washed windows after installation and cleaned up all the window packaging and trash. Josh came and followed up after installation.During the Winter months our home was warmer and more fuel efficient. Our windows and sliding glass door hadn't been replaced in 40 years. A great investment for our home !!

  We had a leak and asked Facebook for suggestions on a company that offers a free inspection and estimate. Josh Knoebel from Bay Area Exteriors reached out and that where the best experience started. Josh meet with us and provided us with multiple options with detailed plans. The level of professionalism was outstanding!!!!! We felt very confident in him and his team. Everyone made this the most painless experience ever. From day one meeting until completion, it was smooth sailing! Josh's level of knowledge and hands on with detail was truly a blessing to our family. The old saying is: would you recommend Bay Area Exteriors and Josh to your friends and the answer is 1000% yes and I did refer him to two others who also had roofs completed by him and his team with nothing but satisfaction!!!!!
