  In December of 2025 Spicer Bros and I had a contract to remove and replace my house and garage apartment roofs. Within 2 hours of showing up, they damaged my heating and air conditioning system that cost me $1704! The heating and air conditioning system had been operating with no problems for 10 years prior to Spicer's damage. I believe this damage could have been prevented if the job foreman had done his due diligence and informed his roofers where the electric, water and air conditioning lines were located. I was present at the job location, and he could have asked me. In fact, he ignored me and the part of the contract that said the "cedar handling charge includes covering the attic with plastic". The air conditioning lines were plainly visible if he would have made the effort to go into the attic. I should also mention that the shingles delivered to my home were NOT the shingles I ordered. l was the person that saw the error and pointed it out to the delivery driver and foreman. If I had not caught the error, I could have shown up at my home the next day to find a green roof instead of a brown one. Another problem....The agreement was to keep my existing skylights and reflash them. I was told by the salesman and project manager they could reflash them. Half way through the job, I was informed they could not reflash the skylights, costing me an additional $5700 for 3 new skylights. I asked for a discount but was denied. Well, just another upsale by Spicer Bros. I guess they were not getting enough money on the original contracted price. Another problem...The foreman did not show up on the 2nd day. The work crew that were on the job did not speak english. The project manager and I discussed where the mobile dumpster should be positioned. He took pictures and notes that the mobile dumpster should be placed on the west side of the garage, but no, they placed it on the east side. Irrigation lines were not marked.   Just another big name company that won’t work with anyone. Be careful these guys are just trying to gouge people for as much money as they can. What’s wrong, customer can’t supply any parts? I must pay your overpriced mark-up? Get lost Spicer. DO YOUR HOME WORK, GET MULTIPLE QUOTES THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT HELP YOU IN ANY WAY!! Grade F service.

  Person answering phone very rude,short,unhelpful. Tried online contact over two weeks ago, they left voicemail this morning. Job was completed by Lopez bros. 2 days after contact.

  Called because we have a leak. Spoke with a rude woman (Crystal?) who was snide and impatient. Told me that, just to have someone come out and give me an estimate would be $250 for 1st hour + $200 each hour after that. Got the distinct impression that they did not want my business. I was shocked by the rudeness.

  There must have been a miscommunication, we do not and have not charged for an estimate. The fees that she mentioned are our fees once we are there working. We also do not provide estimates on service work/repairs, we simply disclose our fees upfront, which is what she did. There is no estimate for repairs as we do not offer them. I am sorry that your experience with our company was not as you expected. If there is anything that I can do to assist further please do not hesitate to ask. Again, I am sorry for your experience.

  I called at 9:10am Saturday, August 8, left message and no return call. Called again Monday, August 10, 2020 approximately 9:30 and girl who answered said Leslie would call back and set up an appointment for siding. A week later still waiting for Leslie to call. If they can’t even call and let me know the appointment can’t be set up due to busy I can accept, but no call back I can not! Not a good way to do business.

  Joe and his crew were very efficient and caring about the project. They did a great, great job. You have wonderful employees. Also the two lovely ladies that I spoke to on the phone (Riley and Leslie) were extremely helpful to me. They really care about the customer. Just can’t say enough about your wonderful employees.

  We were thrilled with the service we received. Dustin came out and explained the process, grade of materials and warranty. He addressed all our concerns. From start to finish everything went so smooth. When they were finished, we couldn't tell they were even here, they cleaned up so well and our new roof looks beautiful. They didn't cut corners like another company wanted to do. They did it the right way! There was also excellent communication and professionalism. We highly recommend spicer bros.

  Dyonne and Leyland did a FABULOUSLY FABULOUS job on my shower installation. From the time they entered my home promptly at 8 they were courteous and very professional. They were done earlier than I expected. They cleaned up behind themselves. I just had my floors done so they took care with drop cloths from the front door to the master bath. I was extremely happy when they finished. Also I would to give a shout out to Zack the salesman very professional and Matt as well for sealing the deal.

  They did a great job on my roof. They also put a new roof on my church and my aunt also got a new roof, and new windows. When we needed repairs they came right out to fix them. I highly recommend Spicer Brothers for roofing, remodeling and other upgrades for your house.

  Hi,My name is Tommy Lambden and I am going to give Spicer Brothers a 5 star rating for the work they have done on our home. First of all, Spicer Brothers gave us a free roof,and we could never repay them for their generosity and compassion that they showed to my mother and I. From the owner of the company,Mr. Spicer and his family, and ALL of the office team, secretaries, foremans, and production coordinators, roofing professionals , I give my heartfelt thanks to. The roofers came at 7:00 o'clock and worked hard all day long and finished finished our roof in one day's time. I give 5 stars to Jr. Hall, the foreman and his amazing crew for their skills and trade work. They had to tear 3 layers of shingles off, replace rotten soffit and plywood,put down tar paper and lay shingles and put in metal soffit ALL in one day's time. Unbelievable job and I am still amazed at the speed of the workers. My Mother and I are so thankful for The Spicer Brothers Roofing team

  Excellent prompt service, process was well explained, Spicer Bros. went above and beyond to ensure ensure the project was successful, even when a few "curveballs" were thrown while working on an older home. Dustin and the Team were great to work with.

  Great experience working with the Spicer Bros. team from original set up and estimate and the project managers for each part of the renovation. The crews worked quickly to complete the job and did a great job cleaning up. High quality materials and excellent workmanship. Can highly recommend Spicer Bros. for an exterior reno.
