Tidal Wave Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Tidal Wave Roofing.

Had Matt come out to give an estimate. He stated that the leak was coming from a vent higher up on the roof. Four other roofers disagreed. We have pictures of the vent and the seals are fine.Right now there is a tarp covering the roof. We never even got to show him the pictures. We tried to ask questions and he just walked out. He knew best and did not want to even discuss options.

Tidal Wave roofing was an awesome company, Keith and his team not only exceeded our expectations, but was willing to make sure we were happy with the finished product and that things were done right. The customer support was communicative and top notch. Whether over the phone, via email, or in person, we never felt there was a lapse in response. Would highly recommend!!

Keith came by to assess a leak that had shown up in the last rainstorm. He identified a few places that were cracked and likely sources of water entry and sealed them. Excellent, timely service.

Keith is detail oriented, and his staff are kind and knowledgeable. They communicate extremely well via phone, email, and text. I was happy they cleaned up so well after the roof work. There wasn't one piece of trash or roofing nail anywhere in the yard. Quality materials, good prices, and Keith's expertise as a home builder - what more could you want.

We loved working with Tidal Wave. They have reroofed two homes for us in the last year and it was a pleasure dealing with all of them. The job sites were kept spotless and when there were unavoidable weather delays, they always kept us advised. We strongly recommend them for all your roofing related needs.

Tidal Wave roofing is an amazing company to work with. They do a great job with scheduling and constantly updating you on the progress of your roof. We were under the gun to get our roof done in a short amount of time due to an insurance claim and they were spot on. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof repair or new roof.
