  Had a 3pm roof estimate. No one showed up. Called Thrifty Roof was told he would call me back. Didn’t call back. I called and canceled with them. Took off work early for this estimate. Horrible!! I’ll hire someone else to replace my roof!

  I had a really frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment here. I confirmed my appointment ahead of time and even took time off work to make it, only for no one to show up—and no heads-up call or notification whatsoever. When I called the business to see where they were, I was told they were surprised he hadn’t arrived and that they would try to get in touch with him. Over an hour later, I finally received a call, just to be told they had intended to cancel but never actually communicated that to me. To make matters worse, the service I was looking to get a quote for, was something I had previously been told they offered, only to now be told they no longer provide it. This was a complete waste of my time and incredibly unprofessional. Clear communication and respect for customers’ time should be the bare minimum—this experience missed the mark entirely.

  Horrific Company, they acquired my phone number and won't stop calling. They've called over 150+ times in the last few months. They must put numbers in an automated dialer. I've blocked them but they still go to my voice mail where they usually hang up. I wouldn't do business with a company that's so desperate that they call multiple times a day for months. Absolutely the worst experience ever. 😡 Update: Then they respond to your review and lie about their phone harassment. 🤷‍♂️

  We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. Brian’s an upstanding guy who truly stands by his work and does his best to make things right. He was unaware of the recycling can issue and absolutely would’ve replaced it right away if he’d known. As for our crews, there’s always a foreman on-site for every project, and Brian is always just a call away if a homeowner needs anything. The rubber roof was installed to spec, but since you shared your concerns back in February 2024, we’ve been happy and willing to come back to make any needed corrections.   Saw his billboard gave him a call was quick to call back. Then proceeded string me along for 5 days giving me the I'll be home in 10 min I'll call you then nothing . Finally tells me he has my estimate ready was gonna call me within the hour , I'm still waiting. If you're not interested in the job just be straight up front I don't need to be lied to over and over.

  Poor workmanship. Does not stand behind his work - warranty is worthless. Threatens and intimidates when customer insists he finish job properly. Litigation is likely to follow with along with his arrest.

  BEWARE - DO NOT USE. They price gouged after Buffalo storm, and took advantage of my elderly mother. Conned her into paying over $10.7K for an insurance job estimated at $2.6K, pressured her into writing a direct check.

  Brian the owner his son and the entire crew were fantastic. Complete tear off and new roof installed in 1 1/2 days. They cleaned up and left the yard and driveway just the way it was before the work, no damage to either. Thank you.

  Recently we had Thrifty roofers replace our roof & also had a full gutter replacement. Our estimate was done by owner Brian and his son Dane. We had two other prior estimates that almost had us sold until Brian pointed out that what the others were suggesting for air vents was very insufficient for our home. We felt the pricing was fair and comparable to our other two estimates but the deciding factor was that the Depew bldg inspector highly recommended Thrifty and the warranty. The day his roofing crew came they were there at 7am and the guys worked non stop. They took no breaks other than lunch. They did a fantastic job and were very polite . The clean up they did after they were done was amazing. These guys never left until 9 at night. They completed my tear off and replacement the same day. The gutters were replaced the following day by a company called Jacobs. They did good work however the guys were extremely arrogant and frankly acted like juveniles. Brian you might want to find someone a little more polite and professional to your customers & responsible when they do clean up. We found metal staples and cuttings of metal strips everywhere afterwards that they ignored. We also saw where they neglected to fix a fashia on the side of our house. Brian immediately addressed the problem after we notified him that same day of the what we found. To be fair I waited until it rained before writing this review and we have had zero problems. I would highly suggest using Thrifty. I have also been reassured should there be any issue it would be taken care of as he did having the gutter guys out asap the next day to fix the problem. Brian, seriously rethink about those gutter people. Lots of gutter guys do good work. You might not want a great company like yours being associated with guys like that. All in All We highly recommend Thrifty. PS communication with Thrifty was quick and easy.

  Great crew ! Arrived at 6:30 am , yeah I know , but silently went to work spreading out tarps . Removed 2 layers of old roofing, made some repairs to damaged wood and then did a bang up job replacing the roofing. No music blasting just hard work . A big two plus garage they finished the job THAT day . Looks great ! Very happy with the job !

  Brian - Owner of Thrifty Roofing is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and wants the best for his Customers. From the very moment Brian stepped into our home, he explained every detail on what his company is ALL about. His work ethic explains it all. Brian wants HAPPY, SATISFIED CUSTOMERS. Brian's quote was the lowest out of 3 that we received. Thrifty Roofs quoted our price on Thursday May 21, 2026. Tear off and installation began on May 26th and completed May 27th. Thrifty Roofs is Fast, and does excellent work. CLEAN UP IMPECCABLE. I highly recommend Thrifty Roofs. They have excellent communication, believe me for the number of emails I sent directly to Brian the owner of Thrifty Roofs I would have went nuts. Not Brian, he called me within an hour answering all of my questions. SO IF YOUR IN NEED of a NEW ROOF contact Thrifty Roofs. YOU WONT BE SORRY.

  My roof was 44sq, much bigger than the average. Brian worked with me, and beat everybody else’s price! And had a better warranty for labor than most. One, wanted $20,000 more for the same job. His crew was prompt, professional, and friendly. Everything was tarped, and you couldn’t tell they were ever there. Highly recommend giving them a call.

  Amazed at how fast and efficient they had my roof done! They took care to place tarps to catch the shingles and nails that were torn off and left my yard clean when finished! I have a large home so it was almost like having 2 roofs replaced and they did it all in 2 days.

  We had a great experience with thrifty roofs.Brian and Dane gave a great demonstration on what material they use .Brian even showed us black gutter with I would of never picked until he showed me pictures on houses.And i think they look great on my house.The workers were a hard working group .Got the whole roof done in one day.I would highly recommend Thrifty roofs
