They did a rush job on our house gutters and are now unresponsive to our calls and messages about fixing the issues they created. I guess if it were my work I'd be embarassed, too. Completely unprofessional.

Not impressed at all I would steer clear. After shingling a patio porch for me the shingles all flap in the breeze when the wind blows. The owner blamed this on poor quality shingles but the rest of the house has the same shingles and they don’t move when it’s windy?!? The owner also didn’t offer to fix it or make repairs to the flapping shingles and this is only a few months after they were installed. Disappointed

Austin, parked a dumpster next to the property he was roofing while removing the dumpster it made ruts in the property next door making it impossible to cut the lawn, I asked him to fix the ruts but it didn’t happen, refuses to do it, It’s been over a month with no results. Poor way to run a business.

Recently bought a house and found out I need a roof asap. Austin reached out to me and the same day came to my house and gave me a quote. At first was skeptical as he was “questionably” lower than my other 2 quotes I got done. He finished the roof today just 4 days after initially coming out and did an amazing job. Not only did he do a great job he also have me an amazing deal on gutters and even fixed a bad furnace vent at almost no cost. You can tell he takes his work very seriously and does not cut any corners. Austin and his crew take pride in their work and I recommend them to anyone in the buffalo area.

It is worth the time and say I had a great experience with CPO roofing. Austin and his crew were very professional and did a great job on installing a vent on my roof. They were quick and efficient, while keeping a high level of craftsmanship. Based on my experience, I would recommend CPO Roofing to anyone looking to get work done.

We had a handful of companies that we visited with, and Austin stood above with his experience and professionalism. Despite some issues with the weather, he was always great with communication and finished the job as promised. Easily a 5 star rating for CPO roofing.

Would highly recommend. Fast, affordable, responsive, and they provide quality work! I had a leaking sunroom roof in the middle of winter. Austin and his crew replaced the roof literally the day after I called them for help. Will use again on future projects.

Austin and his team are great, they are professional, curious and one of the hardest working teams I’ve used. I had my roof completed and they patched up my siding and it looks great!

Austin and his team came a fixed an issue with my roof. I call on a Tuesday and the work was completed within the week. Austin worked around my schedule and was quite flexible. Austin was very informative on how he was going to fix the issue which included before and after pictures. I would recommend his company for anyone looking for any improvements.
