  Worst company do deal with. Customer Service is very bad, no followup. I called 3 times and spoke with employees and did a walk in to talk to someone about repairs to my new build home thru Marrano and never ever did they call. Thinking of building a home do not use this company

  If you have siding installed by this company and later need replacement siding, be aware that you may not receive timely support. I have been waiting for a return call for several weeks.

  I contracted with Besroi in October of 2021. They did not call to make appointment to do job. I called numerus times, but received no return call until March of 2022. They showed up but could not do roof as garage needed structural repair. They did not tell me this when they gave me contract in October. So Frank came out and gave me a estimate/contract for structural repair in March. And I called and I waited for a call back which never came. I finally called another company in June and my roof and repairs were done in July.. Besroi has no customer service, perhaps if the job would have been larger they would have given me the attention I deserved. To be ignored, told lies and treated like second class. I can't give them more than one star and that is for Melissa and Jessica in the office who where professional and wonderful and very nice.

  I had great trust in Besroi. Now they have turned into one of the biggest rip off Roofing Contractors ever. The Woman answering the phone is not Customer friendly at all. What happened? It's disappointing to see they play the slippery distrustful contractor game now. WATCH OUT, thanks and farewell ✈

  Had them take a look at my tear off, said they’d grab satellite for the quote. Turned out they couldn’t get the image. Said they’d come back for measurements. Never did. I called the office, they were no help.

  The workers were the hardest working people I have ever seen. The first day they worked 13 hours. No complaints from them and they did an excellent job for us. Matt came to make sure what was to be done at the start of the job and made sure that it all was done right at the end! Thanks again!

  Besroi beat every single quote we received on a full tear off and roof/gutter installation. They were fast, efficient, cleaned everything up afterwards and our roof and gutters look fantastic. Matt walked us through every part of the process and checked in with us every day to make sure we knew what was going on and answer any questions we had. Cannot recommend Besroi enough!

  Very good clean up. I’m very happy with the roof and the communication with besroi. The crew worked so hard and my house turned out outstanding. Mark was great , the girls at the office were very helpful. It was a pleasure working with Matt , he answered all my calls and showed multiple times a day until the job was done. I’m very satisfied.

  We are on a delay due to the board of directors wanting a redesign of the original gutters. They are hoping to address leaf and clean out problems. The delay is not caused by Besroi. We sincerely apologize if this is inconveniencing you.

  Got new siding and gutters from Besroi and it looks awesome! Exactly what my my wife and I wanted. Work was done in a timely manner. The crew was great! Friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

  We hired Besroi to side our detached garage, following which we planned on siding our house. Got estimates for both jobs. Garage was sided by subcontractors. Its appearance looked good initially. I called to see when the rep. was coming out to review the job, and finalize the siding for house. Despite several calls, no one came out or returned my calls. Within the first week after siding installation we noticed on one end of the garage that corner siding kept sliding down exposing the underlying garage wall. I called, related the above and was asked to email pictures of the siding issue, which I did that same day. After a week went by, I emailed and asked the receptionist to confirm she had received the pictures. After another week with no response to that second email I called and spoke with receptionist who acknowledged they had received the pictures and told me they would be getting back to me. That was over one month ago. At this point we are going to look for another siding company, who can fix the siding issue on our garage, and use to side our home. Based on our experience we would never recommend this company. ** 11/14/23 update: The day after submitting this review I received a call from Todd at Besroi, who setup an appointment to come out and discuss our posted concerns. He came out 11/14/23, inspected the garage work issues, and committed to having them addressed. He related there have been some staff related communication failures which are being addressed by company leadership. He offered to have our house sided by their internal team, instead of subcontractors. Based on his explanation and commitment to addressing our concerns, we have decided to agree to have them side our home. ** 11/21/23 update The crew handling repairs came out and secured the corner issue and addressed all 4 corners while here.   Had two roofs replaced and the job turned out awesome. Great people, would recommend to anyone. Installed in one day, very professional. Super cleanup and did not damage any plantings around house.
