  Very disappointing! They couldn't give me a proper detailed estimate of the correct linear feet on gutter repair, but did give me an inaccurate sloppy estimate for half the amount of work I was looking to have done! BTW, the estimate was way over priced compared to other Contractors... I'll bypass this Contractor, with ease!! I definitely don't have you confused with another Contractor..As a matter of fact, I think your the one Confused, when you don't remember who you give Estimates to!

  lets be truthful Johnny! we never even met and you didn't have the chance to hire us! Every review you put on google is rude and ignorant. teenage kids dont have to kiss your @$$ because you get coffee at tim Hortons or shop at Wegmans. everyone can see that your the problem and are just a miserable person. I'm very proud to say I've been in business 20 years and your my only negative review out of 61 reviews on google . your 50 reviews on google say it all about the type of customer you are for businesses to deal with, as 90% of them are negative.Did you ever think maybe people are rude to you for a reason when they meet you?? im just glad we never met or had a business interaction with you as we would rather deal with friendly appreciative customers who don't rush to judge and immediately post negative reviews if a employee doesn't say hello or thanks for something to you and then you perceive them as rude to you. Are you sure your name isnt Karen??people are human and have bad days and you have no idea whats going on in their lives. We are a premier roofing company in the WNY area so we cant service everyone and yes we don't need money from customers like you who are never happy even when they get quality service. I feel bad for the company that has the bad luck to deal with you and your roof. everyone that's reading this should just read some of johnnys reviews and be the judge for yourselves his comments about businesses and employees are completely ridiculous. I really like the ones that he said the slot machines at the casinos ripped him off and showed him that he's NOT a Winner. Those reviews really made my day and made me laugh! so thanks for those ridiculous reviews of the slot machines at the casinos. pure comedy p.s. people have bad days in business so your just a complete jerk for thinking that it's unacceptable. how do you know that they didn't lose a loved one or are dealing with say health issues or anything for that matter. you have

  Unfortunately my experience with Expert Contracting was not good. Andy himself may have named his business as such and may himself be expert but he did not show up to do any of the work. The crew of 7, sometimes 8 workers that did show up diligently 7:30am are NOT expert nor craftsmen! The workmanship is horrible and about as far from expert as any quality minded person can imagine. I am a recently retired aerospace engineer who also has much experience in the building trades and consider myself a craftsman as do others of me. Now in my 60's and much more aware of how I spend time I am no longer compelled to do this sort of work but can now afford to pay for it. Andy was priced fairly for my pocketbook, he took no money up front and told me " I was lucky to have him quote the job. I thought his remark was somewhat brash but hey, maybe some folks are just that good and have that kind of personality. I had interviewed 5 contractors, all talking a good game, however all but Andy required some sort of down payment to start. He stated that payment would be due once I was satisfied. How can you argue with that! Feeling the quote reasonable, he lead me to believe during our initial meeting that his crew' had been with him over 15 years. Being familiar with the trades as I am and somewhat still aware of the transitory nature of contracting business getting help that statement holds a lot of weight with me. Contracting in America does not require licensing, formal training nor certification like other countries of the world so experience rules. But craftsmanship is a different animal altogether and not many really are in my experience, more power to them if the quality of work allows their business to flourish. Regardless, In fact only one member of his crew had been with him over 15 years and in fairness proved a capable guy. The crew that showed up for a tear off, then re-side, aluminum trim and new gutters were unable to communicate effectively and as I came to understan

  Len, your immediate response towards my crew showed me how racist of a person you are. My crew is a mix of men of Puerto Rican, Mexican, and white Americans. You immediately stuck your nose up at the men with dark skin because they were there doing the work. If that's the type of guy you are I feel extremely sorry for you Mr. Aerospace engineer. We do everything in our power to make sure our customers are completely satisfied before being paid and the same operating policy was administered during your project. Good luck with your racist behavior in the USA in the year 2023

  Had old roof shingles replaced and new roof done. Work Was supervised. Crew was hard working and polite. Done in one day. Did very good clean up. Roof looks great. I would recommend this company for any roof work .

  Andy and his team installed a new roof on my stucco house with two new additions and a covered porch. The roof lines were very complicated (lots of vaulted ceilings). Special roofing material was needed to connect the original roof lines with one of the new additions. Andy's roofing crew couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The new roof looks amazing and has helped transform a tired older home into a modern 'new old' home. Thank you so much, Andy and the rest of the team at Expert Contracting!
