Great communication, timely and Local small business. Their team is considerate, offered professional guidance, straight forward without trying to upsell. Very knowledgeable and personable. I dealt with Aaron for the inspection and followup conversations. It was great experience! The owner has offered so much insight in his tips and advice on reddit feeds which was what drew me to their company. If you need your roof inspected, repiared or replaced, Thoughtful Roofer is a great choice.

Aaron and his crew did an excellent job replacing our roof. They also fixed a leak and repaired our ceiling, which looks like new again. The vent caps they used also gives our roof a much cleaner look compared to the old pvc vents. I’m very pleased with the results.

We called in June for estimate to repair/replace a damaged shingle. Miguel showed up and assessed the problem. A couple of shingles had to be replaced and new solar attic fan was installed and the replacement shingles matched perfectly. Great job!

Miguel took very good care of us as we needed some unforeseen fixes during a renovation, as well as some planned repairs. They did roofing, flashing, and roof vent installation, all of which were superb quality. Not to mention new gutters for our brand new exterior. I would highly recommend Thoughtful Roofer for any roofing or gutter needs.

Not only are these individuals skilled at thier jobs but really care about the customer. They repaired work created by another company and did it perfectly. Miguel and his workforce where great, left a clean workplace, had all the tools required and brought everything with them for the job. Would and will use them in the future.

They installed gutters and drip edge for us. Under Jake’s supervision, the crew did a GREAT job! There was one small issue with the color of the drip edge. I only mention this because Joe had it replaced immediately and with no problem. They are very professional and conscientious of their work. Would definitely use again.

I rarely leave reviews, but I highly recommend Thoughtful Roofer. They were honest, responsive, and completed the work quickly with excellent quality. The estimate was accurate, the additional work was fairly priced, and there were no surprise charges. They even took on my relatively small project with the same professionalism. I would definitely use them again.
