If i could rate ZERO stars, I WOULD. We hired this guy to redo our paint, some siding, fascia, gutters, and roof. The roof is fine. Everything else? They didn't prime before painting so the paint is already bubbling and peeling, he charged us for 6 inch gutters that don't clog but installed 4 inch gutters, they were installed incorrectly and after a month and a half they are all clogged, the paint job was TERRIBLE. They just slopped it on and the white paint for the trim is all over the grey. He refused to come out and check the things we saw wrong. Said he'd send his foreman. Every single time it was a different guy that didn't speak any English. When we'd try to get them to fix it they'd ignore us and just ask for a check. We now have to hire someone to re align the gutters and put leaf guards in, we'll have to strip the house, prime and paint it, and re-do siding they just ripped off. I will NEVER use an independent contractor again. We've tried calling and texting multiple times. He's now ghosted us and STILL wants more money! DO NOT USE THIS MAN! EVER! FOR ANYTHING! I'm reporting him to the code inspector, the BBB, and any other department I need to. I'm in talks with my lawyer about suing and possibly pressing charges for theft. EDIT: and he responds with THIS! Here's the rub, he contracted for ALL of it. I have receipts to prove it! AND my roof is peeling and it hasn't even been a YEAR! His guys ALSO removed my meter box, unbeknownst to me, WITHOUT a permit and WITHOUT shutting power off at the pole... re installed it improperly, which caused major damage and a fire, and now I'm out ANOTHER 6k to repair it! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! EVER! LAWSUIT INCOMING!

Hopper Roofing only did your Roofing and Gutters. I’m not responsible for the other company that did your painting.

Not impressed with this roofing company. I had a gutter issue and I was hopeful at first with the research they did and the explanation of options that I was provided to correct the condition. However, as time went on, it seems as though I …

Chris, we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. We understand that gutter issues can be frustrating, and we always want our customers to feel heard. To clarify, the work you approved and signed for was a limited gutter adjustment for $500, not $1,000–$2,000. The agreed scope was to detach the gutter section to the right of the front door, detach the gutter run above that section, and reinstall those gutters higher to improve how much water the existing system catches. It did not include replacing the gutter system or redesigning the drainage layout. We have attempted to reach out to discuss your concerns but have not yet been able to connect. You are certainly not “just another number” to us. We would still welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly, hear your concerns, and determine whether there are any additional options that may help.

Called Hopper Roofing for a roof inspection. William came out and found hail damage. He returned when my insurance company came to inspect the roof and made sure they saw the damage. He was very helpful and provided a fair estimate.

We can't say enough good things about Hopper Roofing and their entire staff and crew. Carl was great to work with in getting us a quote. The pricing was very competitive. We also had some "extra" items we needed them to fix and he gave a good thorough "plan of attack" to address those items and gave a good quote on that work, too. As for the day of service, the crew got started on time at ~7AM and did an awesome job in prepping the site (they even covered our pool to minimize the possibility of any debris getting in the water), performing the work, and getting everything cleaned up . . . all by 5PM that same day! During the day, my wife and I both commented to each other that "there was absolutely no way they would get all of this done AND cleaned up in one day". Well, we were pleasantly surprised. Also, I wanted to call out the foreman on the job -- Mike. He was on-site pretty much all day long, made sure the work was done right, and even was the lead worker in addressing those "extra" items I mentioned earlier. He was the last one to leave and was meticulously scouring our property by himself, looking for any lingering nails or debris, when we came out to talk to him and do OUR final walk around. Did we find anything that was missed by the crew? Yes . . . ONE nail! I call that pretty successful. Anyway, Hopper Roofing was great to work with, did a great job, and made sure all of our needs were met. We would definitely recommend Hopper Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair.

Thank you, Jeff, for such a detailed review! We truly appreciate you trusting Hopper Roofing with your roof replacement and repair project. We're glad Carl was able to provide a thorough inspection, competitive roofing quote, and clear plan for the extra repairs that were needed. We’re especially happy to hear our crew protected your property, completed the roof installation in one day, and left everything clean. Mike takes a lot of pride in making sure every roof repair and roof replacement is done right, so we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him as well. Thank you again for recommending Hopper Roofing for roof repair, roof installation, and storm damage repair. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business!

Roofing experience which I dreaded was completed in a timely manner as well as clean up. The workers also noticed other areas needed ‘fixed’ and have come back to finish. Thank you for a job well done.

Hopper roofing did a great job on our roof. They were very responsive to all our questions. Also were able to get the whole roof done in one day. Did a very good job on cleaning up all the trash afterwards, and didn’t get any trash in our pool too🙌🏻 Highly suggest this company if you’re in need of a roof! …
