Colton Holsonback was very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. He came by and made sure that everything was going good the day of and also made sure all of the clean up was taken care of. ****Since the completed roof 3 years ago, we noticed water damage on the ceiling in the dining area. I reached out to SOCO since I had a 5 year warranty for them to come check it out. The co owner was very confrontational, rude and refused to help cover any of the cost for the repairs even though the roofers didn’t properly install their portion around the dormer windows correctly causing more damage. He sent out another company to handle it because he refused to help out at all. I sent him a personal message after finding out from the other company what needed to be fixed seeing if he would help out and he completely ignored me and never replied. I would not recommend them.

Replaced my roof. Found a leak 6 months later. They blamed it on an internal gutter system not the fact the flashing was done incorrectly and corners were cut to get the job done. Absolutely no offers of reconciliation when I told them the …

Logan and SOCO roofing did an amazing job. Initially my insurance company denied my hail damage claim. Logan stuck with me and after a secondary inspection my insurance company agreed to a full roof replacement. Logan was great at communicating and remained engaged throughout the entire process. The cleanup after was phenomenal. I haven’t found a single nail or any other debris. This and the overall job they did left me as a very satisfied customer. I would definitely refer them to fellow neighbors and friends.

Standing Seam Metal Roof on a New Home Finished this metal roof on a home outside town. Standing seam panels across several roof sections, with hips and valleys tying it all together. Roofs with this many angles take planning. Each panel run has to line up before the next section goes on. Metal roofing holds up well in our weather and sheds water fast, which matters on a layout like this. Give us a call if you are weighing metal for your place.
