  I have requested a quote for the replacement of the roof for a property in woodville, AL. A gentleman visited on Monday and told me that he will share the quote. When I called the office today, two office ladies yelled at me and telling that they are not taking any new property and If I call them again they will report for harassment. IDK what the heck is going on with them. I called for quote and got yelled by them. Very unprofessional and rude behavior of the office staffs. I wish I could give them 0 star.

  I am sorry if you have had a less than stellar experience with anyone on the Advanced team. This review caught me a little off guard so I started doing a little research on the issue. From what I can find the number you have called from has attempted to call and schedule appointments to inspect properties as a 3rd party attempting to arrange home services. When we learned that you were not an actual home owner we politely refused to work with you. After that there were multiple call backs from you with the same requests. We explained again that we would not like to work with you. You had insisted that we had been out to the house in Woodville, AL and had accepted your work request. We have no copies of any work requests. I also pulled all the GPS data from our vehicle and not one of them has even been anywhere near the property you claimed was visited on Monday. So I started digging a little further and realized that other businesses had also warned against working with you. I also reviewed the call where you have stated you were yelled at. I was able to hear the frustration in the conversation that surrounded the part were you had been repeatedly asked to not call back and that we did not want to work with you as a vendor. This has been addressed and an internal process has now been developed for dealing with situations like this.

  This man re-roofed a house in my neighborhood. He did not provide a porta-potty for his men to use. Instead, they walked down to MY house, and a neighbor's and used the bathroom that at my fence line and faces my small area of woods. I ended up having to call the sheriffs office. He wouldn't talk to me until I made pics. I WAS upset, and he knew it, but refused to talk even after I apologized. THEN he wanted to work things out. Too late.

  Roofing comes down to service, and I was very pleased with Advanced Roofing. The communication before, during, and after installation was excellent. Their install team was wonderful. They protected my plants, worked quickly, and cleaned up the mess very well. Their foreman spoke excellent English. The company takes care of its install team, as reflected in how happy they seemed and how well they did their job. I would recommend Advanced Roofing to anyone needing roof replacement. BTW the Google listing indicates that they are Temporaily Closed, but that is wrong. They just moved their office location.

  5 STARS! I am so happy I chose Advanced Roofing. My new roof was an insurance claim. Rusty was the sales rep but did way more than sale me a new roof. He was in touch throughout the process and stopped by afterward to do the final report. He was available to answer all my questions, even after the job was completed. He worked with my insurance company after the job was completed and filed his complete report directly with my adjuster. Rusty answered every question I had with great patience, knowledge, and professionalism. James was the job foreman. He arrived early on the day of the install, stayed late, and stopped by a couple days later to pick up leftover materials and make sure the job site was clean. He even swept my yard again with a magnet to check for stray nails. He answered all my questions during the install and managed all the interactions with the workers when the crew found some unforeseen water damage. He did an excellent job. The roofing crew was the shining star! I was amazed at how they worked! They removed my old roof, installed my new roof, and cleaned up in one day. There was a small rain delay but they made up for lost time and did not leave until later in the evening. Their skills were top notch! My roof is gorgeous! I appreciate everyone on the team at Advanced! From the office staff who took my calls, schedule manager (who worked around my work schedule and a rain date), sales, supply delivery, job site manager and crew, they are all top tier. I did my research and talked to several companies in the Huntsville area, in preparation of getting a new roof. I would recommend Advanced Roofing and their credentials to anyone needing roof work done. I am so happy with them, I am letting them replace my gutters too.
