  Terrible Roofing Experience I would not recommend this roofing company based on my experience. The quality of work and the care taken with my property were extremely disappointing. During the job, the crew broke string lights in our backyard and left nails, Sawzall blades, roofing debris, and other materials scattered throughout the yard and garage. The lawn was damaged/killed in areas, and materials were not properly covered or protected. The debris was not limited to the work area. It ended up throughout the garage, including on our refrigerator, tools, and music equipment. A printer was also damaged by debris. Because we have children who play in the yard, leaving sharp nails and blades behind was especially concerning and unacceptable. I ultimately had to take time off work to clean up the mess that was left behind and remove debris from my belongings and garage. What was equally frustrating was the response when these issues were brought up. Rather than taking responsibility and addressing the concerns professionally, the owner came across as dismissive and annoyed. The overall impression was that the priority was getting the job done quickly and getting paid, rather than taking pride in the work or respecting the customer’s property. For the amount of money involved in a roofing project, I expected professionalism, attention to detail, proper cleanup, and respect for my property. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Very disappointing workmanship and customer service.

We have no record of you in our paperwork or any Jesse in the past 12 months, nor did I or my foreman recall ever speaking with you. I am sure if we had we could have resolved any minor issues it seems you had. There are only two of us that would be in contact with any customer and we just don't remember speaking with you.   Thomas Ford Roofing is the best, I couldn’t ask for a better communicator, honest, reliable and hard-working. My roof was done in a day and a half. I recommend Thomas Ford Roofing 100%! Hands-down there the best.

  I am so happy with my new roof. The quality of work that was done by your team and clean up were amazing. The communication between myself and Richard went well.   Did a great job for a reasonable price on a reroof. Crew was great, easy to work with and job went smoothly. Communication with Thomas was good, and he was happy to answer questions. Great service overall, and I would recommend contacting for roofing needs.

  His crew removed and replaced my roof in (1) day! Very professional. Cleaned everything up afterwards, which most companies do not do! Very reasonably priced.

  I had service and a partial roof completed and their quality of work and professionalism is a 10 ! When the owner Tom came out to give me an estimate, he took pictures of the areas in question, and explained what was going on in these areas. His crew were very polite and never left a mess. Tom called to make sure I was happy with the completed work before they were paid. I Highly recommend this company.

  We couldn't be happier with the work Tom and his crew did re-roofing our home. Tom and the crew are very skilled and professional. The crew cleaned up everyday and always checked in before leaving for the day. Tom also called to update us on any possible issues and see if we had any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.
