Advertising free roof repairs but then it’s not free for agents? False advertising.

Deceitful business practices advertising a free complimentary roof inspection when in fact it's not free. I checked to make sure for my specific city on their site it was free as well and it was not when calling them but site says free. If …

I opted to go with after reading good reviews and maybe they are good when there is visible leak repair need to be done . For me it was preventive maintenance and i was told there are several cracks etc. Paid Approx. $400 and picture's i was sent to fill few cracks whereas earlier i was told more (material cost maybe $5-10 for the sealant). I sent email but didn't get any response what else was done. So i am not sure if they did good work not took the picture or there was not much work i was just given a costly/wrong estimate. Probably will not use in future based upon my experience this time.

Roof Doctors always offers a ‘low-price guarantee’ for all of our repairs. The best way to make certain that you had received the best price was for you to have obtained estimates from other licensed roofers before signing our Contract. … More

I couldn't help but notice that all of these reviews were written by the same person. Same typos, grammatical errors, and writing style. Really makes me not trust the company. I will keep looking around for a trusted roofer with real reviews.

Gabriel is a true professional, inspection completed. He seen the issue on my roof and will have Roof Doctor remediate prior work. Thank you. Timely service, very professional, Chris came out and performed the recommended service/patchwork. I only wish that the second story downspout had a different rain diverter. As of today I don't see any moisture, the true test is a south wind driven rain. Gabriel and Sarah were very professional as well, thank you

Highly recommended! This is the second time we've used Roof Doctors for two separate instances and couldn't be happier with the service we've had both times. Highly professional from the estimate inspection to the actual work done. Hopefully we won't have other unrelated issues in the future but that all depends on Mother Nature. If we do we know who to call.
