we had a roof leak that needed a real long-term repair, and after putting off the old temporary patch for too long, we finally decided to get it fixed. we hired modesto roofing after reading strong reviews, and the whole experience matched what others said. the team was professional, easy to reach, on time, and clear about the roofing work from start to finish. roger handled the repair carefully and also secured a loose roof tile he noticed while up there. he even came back to touch up the discolored fascia, which we really appreciated. he would not accept extra money for the paint or a tip and simply asked for an honest review if we were happy with the service. after the job was completed, we were shown photos of the roof and the problem areas that were repaired, which gave us peace of mind. we waited through some heavy rain before posting this, just to make sure the leak repair held up. everything has stayed dry, and the roof is doing great. we are very pleased with the quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the honest service.

Getting a full roof replacement is a big job and a major expense, so we took our time and spoke with several roofing contractors before making a decision. The process was stressful at first because some companies seemed more focused on selling us things we did not need instead of giving honest roofing advice. A couple of roofers even pushed ideas that did not fit the actual condition of our roof, and another stopped following up when we asked detailed questions. Then we found the right roofing team, and the experience completely changed. Zachary came out first, inspected the roof carefully, listened to our concerns, and explained our options in simple terms. He gave practical recommendations for the new roofing system, materials, and overall scope of work without any pressure. We took some time deciding on the right product and color, and he was patient the whole way through. He checked in regularly, answered our questions, and helped us feel confident about moving forward. After we signed the contract, Zachary kept us updated on permits, scheduling, materials, and what to expect before the crew arrived. Once the roofing project started, Roger managed the job and stayed in contact with us throughout each stage. He shared progress updates and photos from tear-off to installation to final cleanup, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The crew also completed new fascia, soffits, gutters, and downspouts, and everything tied together really well with the new roof. What stood out most was how professional, honest, and dependable everyone was from start to finish. There were no hidden charges, no unexpected add-ons, and no broken promises. Everything happened the way it was explained, and the workmanship was solid. In California heat, having a properly installed roof, ventilation, and drainage system matters, and this team made sure every detail was handled the right way. Paying out of pocket for a roof replacement is never easy, but the care, communication, and quality o

After a big storm, a lot of roofing companies rushed into Modesto and gave us unreal prices for the roof repair we needed. I checked reviews and complaints on several of them, and many did not seem reliable or ready to help soon. Then i found company: Modesto Roofing. The reviews were excellent, so i called. Within a day, roger contacted me, came out, inspected the roof, and explained that i needed a full roof replacement because there was major damage. He also gave me a clear timeline to stop the leaks right away, and he followed through exactly as promised while we waited for the special roof tiles we wanted. Once the roofing work started, everything moved smoothly and on schedule. Each day, after they tore off the old roof and set out materials, the crew cleaned the job site very well. There was never debris left around, and even my neighbors noticed how neat the property looked every evening. The new roof gave me real peace of mind for future wind and rain, and the whole process felt honest, organized, and professional. If you need a dependable roofer, i truly believe this is one of the best roofing teams you will find.

Modesto Roofing put a new roof on our home, and we are very happy with the whole experience. The pricing was fair and competitive, the roofing workmanship was excellent, and the communication from start to finish was clear and reliable. The crew kept us updated, answered every question we had, and always returned our calls quickly. We were so satisfied with the quality of the roof replacement that we also referred an elderly friend who was dealing with a serious roof leak. They came out promptly, provided a temporary patch to help prevent further water damage, and later completed a full roof replacement. He was very pleased with the results as well. The entire process felt professional, organized, and stress-free. The crew showed real care for the property, and the finished roofing work looks great and gives us peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

stop searching for a roofer, you found it with Modesto Roofing! after a bad experience with another roofing contractor, this team really came through. From the first phone call with zachary, i felt confident my home and roof were in good hands because of the clear communication and great customer service. A roof leak led to a full roof replacement, and a few sections of damaged plywood had to be replaced as well. roger, the foreman, stayed in close contact and made sure every update was passed along right away. The whole roofing process was explained in simple terms, which made everything much less stressful. What impressed me most was how fast and organized the crew was. They completed the entire roofing job in just one day, and the workmanship was solid from start to finish. The crew stayed focused, worked safely, and handled the tear-off, underlayment, shingles, and wood repairs with real efficiency. When i got home from work, all the trash and debris had been cleaned up so well that it looked like no construction had even happened. The new roof looks great, the property was protected during the work, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. i would gladly use them again for any roofing work. camden and the crew did an outstanding job, and i truly appreciate how smooth they made the whole project.

After my roof started leaking, I reached out to several roofing contractors for quotes and compared their pricing, roofing materials, insurance coverage, response time, workmanship, and customer service. The price range was all over the place, so I took extra time to narrow it down and speak with a few roofers in detail about the scope of work and overall roof replacement process. I chose the contractor that gave me the most confidence, and the whole experience was excellent. They did exactly what they promised, showed strong communication from start to finish, and completed the residential roofing job in just one day, which really impressed me. The crew was organized, efficient, and the roof work looked clean and professionally done. Since the project was finished, the roof has performed great in the hot weather, and I have not needed any follow-up repairs or callback service. Overall, I am very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone needing dependable roofing service.

using modesto roofing was one of the best experiences i have had with a roofing contractor. roger was very responsive from start to finish, helping with the details of the roof replacement, the schedule, and the final walkthrough. for this project, the dumpster showed up the day before, and the roofing crew removed the old shingles, installed new underlayment and roofing materials over two days, and kept the whole job moving smoothly. they cleaned up everything well, checked the driveway with a magnet to make sure nails were picked up, and had the dumpster removed the next day. the roof work was done professionally with no shortcuts, and it looks great. i also appreciated how organized the crew was, how clearly they explained each step, and how efficiently they handled the full tear-off and installation. everything felt easy, clean, and well managed, and i would gladly recommend them for roofing work.

I recently used Modesto Roofing for three home improvement projects and had a very good experience each time. First, I had a small roof leak near the chimney that other roofers could not fully fix. Roger found the issue quickly and explained that the old chimney flashing had small rust holes from age and wear. The crew custom made and installed new heavy gauge welded flashing and replaced a few matching shingles so everything blended in well with the existing roof. The repair was finished fast, the workmanship was solid, and the cost was fair. Second, I converted a covered porch into a new living space, and the team handled the interior drywall work, including hanging, taping, and texturing, so it was ready for paint. They were flexible with my schedule, easy to work with, and kept the job moving smoothly. The quality of the work was very good, and the pricing was competitive. Third, they replaced all of the old exterior siding on my house with a combination of shake-style and lap siding, then hauled away all debris and completed the installation carefully with some custom detail upgrades. After that, they painted the full exterior, which really improved the look of the home. Zachary and Camden stayed focused from start to finish and kept the project on track even when the weather was not ideal. Across all three jobs, the office staff and field crews were professional, courteous, and dependable. Communication was clear, cleanup was thorough, and the finished results looked great. I would definitely recommend them for roofing, flashing repairs, siding, and other exterior work.
