Shingle roof was looking rough after years of Modesto summers. Full replacement done in under three days and it looks great now.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Jamilah. We truly appreciate your comments about our reasonable pricing and that your shingle roof replacement was completed in under three days and looks great. We did notice the 2-star rating, which seems different from the positive experience you described. If there was anything about your experience that didn’t meet your expectations, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to learn more and make it right. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us—we value your feedback and hope to earn your complete satisfaction.

Very unprofessional. Set up appointment for a roof replacement estimate and the person forgot and never showed up. That tells me everything I needed to know about that company.

  Reply from the business

Hi Armand, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the oversight. Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to improve our scheduling and communication processes. If you’re open to giving us another chance, we’d be more than happy to make it right and provide the service you deserve. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Very responsive the first time and very friendly during the quote. Decided to have them do our roof repairs but they never showed up to do the work and communication stopped after the third push. They said they would be out Friday, they never showed or called. We called and they said they were running behind and scheduled for next Friday. It stormed which was understandable about the no show but no communication was sent. We contacted them again and were told the same thing, "next Friday". Next Friday came and went and again we called and were told "next Friday". It has been many Fridays and we are left having to search again for a roofer.

Great value when you think about the quality of materials, the crew, and the cleanup all being rolled into one quote.
