  these roofers were great to work with. i had been going in circles with a few roofing contractors trying to get my roof replaced, and it was a real headache. then a friend recommended them. from the first call, everything felt organized and professional. the estimator showed up the next morning, was easy to talk to, and explained the roofing process in simple terms. he went over several shingle options, suggested a few helpful improvements for better roof performance, and gave a very fair price. there was a small delay before installation because the shingles we picked had to be special ordered, but they told us that ahead of time and kept us updated. in Jonesboro, clear communication like that really matters, especially with the heat and summer weather in ga. on install day, the crew arrived on time and got right to work. cesar and elias moved fast, but they still paid attention to the details. the roof was finished in just two days, and the cleanup was excellent. they did a full sweep of the yard and patio areas, and one worker even used a large rolling magnet to pick up stray nails. after the job was complete, we noticed a couple of small items we wanted adjusted. we called, and jalen came out the very next day to take care of everything without any hassle. the whole experience was smooth, the workmanship looked solid, and i could not be happier with the final roof.

  Affordable roof replacement with excellent materials and service from Thomas Family Roofers Llc. I’m very happy with the whole roofing job. My roof was old and ready to be replaced, so Cesar came out to inspect the attic for water damage and also got up on the roof for a full check. They found a few sheets of damaged plywood and replaced them before installing the new roof. I also had new gutters and gutter guards added, and the total price still felt very fair for the amount of work completed. The crew did a great job from start to finish. Everything was handled in a professional way, and the workmanship looked solid and clean. Jordan came back the next day for a final inspection to make sure the roofing work was done right and that everything was in good shape. Communication was quick, they showed up when expected, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy. In GA heat and storms, it feels good to have a strong new roof that looks great and adds peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this roofing company.

Thomas Family Roofers Llc came out to my home in Jonesboro, checked the storm damage, explained each step in simple terms, and got everything moving in the right direction. On install day, the roofing crew arrived on time with all the materials and started work right away. they worked hard, stayed organized, and handled the tear-off and new roof installation with real care. I had to leave town later that same day, so it meant a lot knowing the job was in good hands. When i got back, the new roof looked excellent, the gutters were done well, and the whole property was clean with no nails or debris left behind.   Elias is a very professional and honest roofer. I had a flat skylight leaking near one corner after a hard rain, and several roofing contractors looked at it but could not find the true source of the problem. One of them even suggested replacing all of the skylights without ever getting up on the roof. Then Elias came out, did a full roof inspection, and found the issue. It was a small roofing detail that seemed unrelated at first, which is probably why the others missed it, but it was actually what caused the leak around the skylight. The next day, Elias and his crew returned to complete the roof repair. He took photos during the work and after the job was finished, walked me through each step, and explained everything in simple detail. He also answered all of my questions clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. It was clear he cared about doing the repair the right way instead of pushing a bigger job that was not needed. I really appreciate the honest assessment, quick response, and quality roofing service. The repair was handled professionally, and I feel much more confident about my roof and skylight now.
