  Maximus and his roofing crew, with special thanks to Kyle and Stanley, gave us a true five-star experience at a fair mid-range price from the first call to the final walkthrough. Our major exterior roofing and siding project on our bungalow in Stockbridge included a new roof system, gutters, gable work, porch updates, and new front siding, and everything stayed on schedule and within budget. They handled the job smoothly through Georgia heat and changing weather, and their communication was excellent the whole time.   Kyle was my main contact for our roofing project. I first noticed him while he was checking a nearby home, so I asked if he could inspect ours too. Our home is older, and after a strong hail storm we had roof damage along with a lot of debris and granules collecting in the gutters. The rear gutters also were not draining the way they should. Kyle inspected the roof and gutter system and found plenty of hail marks on the shingles plus a hole about the size of a quarter. That led to an insurance adjuster coming out, and the adjuster confirmed the roof damage and also noticed screen damage on several windows. We gathered three estimates, and one was far too high compared to the others, so that one was easy to rule out. We also asked for a few specific extras, including two new rain chains instead of rehanging the full gutter run, plus a new roof opening and boot for a bathroom vent. Kyle’s price came in only a little higher than another roofer, but we chose him because he was helpful with the insurance process, clear on pricing, had strong reviews, and showed solid roofing experience. Because of heavy demand and rainy weather, it took several weeks to get the roof scheduled, but that was fine since we did not have any active leaks. Once the job started, the roofing crew finished in just a couple of days. Ours is a large, multi-section roof, and the team stayed organized by working one area at a time. Kyle was on site each day checking progress and making sure everything was going smoothly. The crew cleaned up thoroughly at the end, including a metal sweep, and left the property looking great aside from the excellent new roof. Afterward, Kyle came back and walked the roof with me for a final inspection. He paid close attention to the details and even touched up visible white sealant spots near ridge nails and vents so everything blended better with the shingle color.   The roofing crew was amazing. Randall and his associate came to my home and used a drone inspection to clearly show me the damage on my roof. An animal had chewed a large hole through the shingles and plywood, and there was also additional roof damage that had led to water getting into a bedroom ceiling. After a thorough inspection, they explained that a full roof replacement and ceiling repairs were the best solution. Randall was professional, caring, and made me feel confident through the whole process. He also made sure the attic area was checked carefully before everything was sealed back up. On installation day, the crew did an excellent job. They were friendly, organized, and kept the property neat from start to finish. The cleanup was so good you would never know major roofing work had just been completed. They communicated clearly throughout the entire roof replacement, answered my questions, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.
