I want to share my story about the work done by Lookup Roofing and "Not Following Through" on their mistakes. Yes, Tim can be professional and quick. But Tim needs to be more friendly and fast regarding owning up to his mistakes. This problem started in June. Why do I say this - Lookup Roofing repaired my roof in December. Now it is June; I decided to get my Gutters done - Well, upon getting my gutters viewed to receive my quote, the Gutter guy brought to my attention that the gutters were nailed into the shingles. He said it should be fine for him (Tim's company) to come out and take care of it - "a minor fix" - if he didn't, it would cost more. I contacted Tim, and we went back and forth between text messages and phone calls. He told me he would take care of it, then no answer - I mentioned I would post my review online. I received a call from him informing me that he had put a claim in with his insurance and would give me the money when he got it; the funny part is that the deductible is more than what he owes me. I had the work done and paid the extra money that he should have taken care of, and I am still waiting to, and this was the beginning of August. It hurts when you trust people, and they do you like this. I will keep you posted on when he reimburses me. Disappointed Customer

MR Tim Martin came to our home and explained everything to us about new roof installation. When Mr. Martin said no money down until the roof is finished. Me and my husband were shocked. Because we had several estimates (4) from others they wanted a certain amount down. We were looking for a contractor no money down until the work was finished. Tim came with his crew and installed our roof and clean up afterward. In this day and age where can you find a contractor saying no money down. GREAT JOB TIM I have more work for you in the future. Thank you for a job well done 3/24/2023 JAMES AND ANN S
