  I tried to email them. The email got bounced back. Then I called and the guy answered the phone said his company was call Make Over Roofing. I think they are a fraudulent company.

The roofing crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. They even took the time to move my hanging plants before starting and made sure everything was handled with care. Their craftsmanship really stood out, and the whole project was completed smoothly. In a place like Jonesboro, where roofs take a lot of sun, heat, and heavy rain, it is important to have a strong roofing system that can hold up well, and this metal roof feels like a great fit for our home.   I called Porter & Sons Roofing late in the day about a roof leak, and even though Andres was not sure he could get there that same day, he was on the way within about 20 minutes. My roof had been leaking for a while, and he took the time to inspect it closely with me, went up on the roof, and sealed several problem areas he spotted right away as an experienced roofer. He also explained that if those repairs did not fully solve the issue, the crew could come back, track down the source of the leak, and make the needed roof repair. I work in the electrical field, so I pay close attention to workmanship and problem solving, and I can say Andres has that same sharp eye when it comes to roofing issues, flashing, and roof penetrations. I have recommended him many times when electrical work involved roof penetrations, and I have only heard good feedback. Very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for roofing repair and leak detection.

  i’m very happy with my new roof and really glad i chose this roofing company. a roof replacement is a major investment, and i was nervous about picking the wrong contractor. andres, the roofing specialist, was very knowledgeable and explained the hoa approval process clearly, which made everything much easier. without his guidance, i might have gone with a different roofer and ended up with the wrong roofing system for my home. after i made my decision, the rest of the project went smoothly. todd in the office handled the scheduling and kept everything organized from start to finish. louis, the foreman, and his crew were friendly, respectful, and professional throughout the installation. during the roof work, a little debris got into the gutters, which already had leaves in them, but the crew went above and beyond by cleaning out the gutters thoroughly and even helping nearby as a courtesy. when the roofing job was finished, andres came back to inspect the completed work and make sure i was fully satisfied. the whole team delivered excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality workmanship. it’s not common to find a roofing contractor that is this attentive, dependable, and easy to work with.

  i could write a much longer review, but i will keep it short. Andres arrived at my home right on time and got to work as soon as i showed him the roof leak that was showing up in my closet. He worked like a real problem solver, checking the attic, tracing the moisture path, and carefully finding the exact source of the issue. He then inspected the roofing area outside and matched everything up step by step until he found the problem spot. what impressed me most was how clearly he explained the roofing issue and the repair plan in simple language. Even with light rain starting, he stayed focused and handled the repair with care and confidence. He sealed the damaged area, addressed the breach, and made sure everything was done the right way to help protect my home from more water intrusion. it is rare to see this kind of dedication, honesty, and strong work ethic from a roofing contractor. Even though the leak was not easy to track down, Andres stayed patient, professional, and determined the whole time. i was genuinely impressed with his integrity and attention to detail. I will absolutely use this roofing company again for any future roof repair or inspection needs.

  After a summer hail storm damaged our roof, we hired a roofing contractor for a full roof replacement. Because so many homeowners in the area needed new roofs at the same time, there was a wait before our project could be scheduled, but it was absolutely worth it. Once the crew started, they moved fast, stayed organized, and delivered excellent workmanship from start to finish. They replaced the asphalt shingles and also repaired about 100 square feet of copper roofing, and both parts of the roof turned out great.   Todd and Evan, along with the rest of the team, were very responsive and easy to work with. We found out our roof had a leak and needed roofing help fast. After getting a few estimates and doing some research, we chose this company. Their pricing was competitive, and their roofing professionalism stood out even more. They gave us clear information, took time to answer our questions, inspected the roof carefully, and explained the roofing materials, workmanship, and warranty coverage. They walked us through the repair and replacement process in simple terms, which made everything much easier to understand. Even though we were not onsite during the project, they coordinated well with us remotely and also worked closely with our tenants to keep the job moving smoothly. The crew handled the roof work with care, completed the needed repairs properly, and left the roof in excellent condition. They also made sure the property was cleaned up well after the job, which we really appreciated.   Andres and his crew were true professionals and went above and beyond. Andres inspected my home and detached garage for wind and hail damage after the recent storms, explained the roofing insurance claim process clearly, and met with the adjuster to help everything move smoothly. As soon as the claim was approved, they called me to go over shingle colors and roofing style options. The roofing crew arrived the next day and finished the work in about 48 hours. They handled the roof replacement with care, and my whole yard was cleaned thoroughly afterward. Since I have small dogs, they even used a rolling magnet across the area to pick up nails and small metal pieces so my pets would stay safe. It was refreshing to work with a roofing team that believes in doing the job right the first time, staying on schedule, and paying attention to every detail.
