  Thomas Family Roofers replaced our old leaking skylights and made the whole roofing project easy from start to finish. i cannot say enough about the great work they did. brody and james worked hard all day in the summer heat and took great care inside the house by covering our bureaus and floors. They explained each step clearly, kept us updated, and made sure the new skylights and shingle color matched perfectly with the rest of the roof. The estimator gave us full details about the job and final cost, and the office staff was helpful and organized. The crew was friendly, professional, and very hardworking, and the cleanup after the roof work was amazing. we were truly pleased with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing skylight replacement, roof repair, or other roofing needs in Manchester. it was a smooth experience, and the finished work looks excellent. this was a job well done.

  brody and james are great at what they do. i had a slow roof leak that i did not notice at first because of a bad roof replacement on a nearby home by another contractor. brody and james came out quickly, found the issue, and fixed it right away. they were friendly, professional, and very helpful through the whole process, sending clear invoices and roof photos so we could handle reimbursement with the other contractor. their communication was solid, the repair work was clean, and everything was explained in simple terms. i will definitely call them again for any future roofing repairs or roof service needs. i highly recommend them for any roofing work.

  I can’t say enough good things about James and his roofing crew. They did an excellent job putting on my new roof and installing skylights, and the whole project turned out great. I needed a fast turnaround, and they were able to fit me into the schedule and finish the roofing work quickly without cutting corners. Everything looks clean, solid, and professionally done. What really stood out was how helpful they were beyond the main roofing job. While I was waiting on another contractor to handle the siding, the house wrap came loose in the wind and exposed the wood right before rain was expected in Manchester. Even though that was not part of their roofing contract, James sent a crew out early the next morning to secure the wrap and protect the house. That kind of service, care, and quick response is hard to find. I truly appreciate James and the crew and would highly recommend them for roofing and exterior work.

At first, the insurance scope did not include the skylights, but they followed up and helped get that covered too, which made a big difference.
