  Horrible experience. We hired Home Perfect Exteriors for minor storm damage repairs. For almost two months, they’ve been nearly impossible to reach, often taking weeks to respond, and sometimes not showing up after saying they would. Their lack of follow-through is holding up a condo closing and has been really frustrating.

  Perfect Home Exteriors did an amazing job on our home. They did Roof, Siding, gutters, Wrapping on garage and porch even helped with mailbox. They worked so well with insurance and us as the homeowner. Their team was able to work with us on design decisions, planning, and pivots throughout the project and even great communication on timing with installations. We would most definitely use them again!!!

  Sam stopped by after noticing we had storm damage and left his card. I reached out, and he came out right away. We had already been dealing with another company that unfortunately didn’t follow through. Sam promised he would do everything he could to help us get our roof approved, and he truly did. Even though we didn’t win the battle, this review is for his effort, honesty, and follow through. He was always responsive and did exactly what he said he would do. Thank you, Sam, for doing everything you could to help us. Your effort didn’t go unnoticed. Would 100% recommend Sam!

  After a big storm in the spring, places on our home were damaged including our roof, siding and more. Home Perfect did all of the repairs except our window screens, which we did on our own. We weren’t able to put our upper floor screens back in because we didn’t have a tall ladder. Home Perfect was kind enough to do this for us, sending out a very helpful gentleman to do the work. We were very appreciative that they were willing to tend to this task for us and with such a positive attitude.

  I highly recommend Home Perfect Exteriors. They replaced our roof after the spring hail storm and they did a great job. They called ahead of time to let us know the schedule and the crew was on time and efficient. They worked with my insurance company and provided pictures of the work needed and pictures of the completed job. They also came back twice to inspect the roof and the workmanship. First time they reattached some gutter covers that came off with the storms. The second time I dealt with Jared Camp he was very helpful and explained how they could reattach some gutters that were hanging loose after some major rain. The job was done quickly and solved the problem before any additional damage was done. Again I highly recommend Home Perfect Exteriors for your roofing and gutter needs.

  I really enjoyed working with HPE. I needed my roof and gutters replaced. Nik showed up quickly to go over all the details. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was in communication with the insurance company throughout the whole process. After the job was done, everything was cleaned up and tidy. This is a very reputable company who does good business. If I ever need any type of similar work done, I will be counting them. High reviews speak for themselves

  They’ve done several jobs for me, including some major roof work summer '25. They communicate well, price fairly, and were totally thorough in what they did for us. Refreshingly easy and honest to deal with, I'll only ever call them for StL area roof issues.
