  The owner Bart Heinzer doesn't seem to know what he's doing. I ( property owner ) asked for a shower 🚿 installed and he doesn't want to give me what I want. He has called helling at me talking very voger to me. He doesn't seem to know how to installed a dishwasher, electrical hot water heater. I've sent pictures of what I want and he doesn't get he try and take the cheapest way out. Mind you my property was hit by the May 16th tornado in St Louis Missouri. I'm still not in my building because they ( neighbor exterior solutions ) seems to be taking forever. Bart Heinzer told me I should be back into my building back in January 2026. Bart told my insurance agent that I should be home by March 2026 here it is the middle of August 2026 and I'm still not home.

  The roof work was fine, however the siding work was problematic. Communication was poor. They didn't order enough material to complete the job. It took 5 months and numerous calls on my part to get the work completed. They would schedule the work and then state they didn't have the material when I called to find out why they didn't show up. The process was frustrating to say the least.

  Responded quickly to come and look at the roof and give an estimate but was told I'd get an email w the quote and did not receive a bid. Text same number multiple times reporting I did not receive and email, then received no response. Never contacted me to make sure e mail was correct or anything. Very sad that a5 star company works this way.

  Very bad experience. First they as they took old roof off they destroyed various plants bc if their carelessness. Second as they put roof on the damaged gutter guards. And now refuse to assist. Would NOT use again

  We signed a contract in March of 2025 for roof repairs. Called multiple times to set our repair date. No one ever responded. Months later, we reached out to cancel the signed contract so we would not be held to it due to the lack of communication. They apologized, and confirmed they would still honor it later in the year as they were swamped. Fast forward, we reached out in October to start the original contract process over again and yet again, nothing. Completely taken aback by the level of unprofessionalism. We turned down other companies willing to do the work immediately due to their great reviews. I would not recommend.

  West County Roofing did a great job on my new roof. Only complaint with them was a gutter repair which I had problems getting someone to take care of. I could not get a callback after leaving few messages with two different people and had to get someone else out to repair on my dime. Other than that the roof is great.

  I had an excellent experience working with their team. We had Masonite siding replaced with Hardie siding. They had transparent pricing and great customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their home exterior.

  We hired West County to replace our roof in 2025 after it was damaged by a hail storm. The gutters we had were 30 years old and needed to be replaced as well. Jeff Borgers was our project manager. He was excellent from the start. He was thorough in his evaluation and communicated well throughout the process. He also interacted well with the representative from our insurance company and I am sure that helped in getting the job completed. We are very happy with the outcome and recommend this company highly.

  I called them out to inspect my roof after a storm. They inspected it, but it still looked great so no repair was needed. I appreciated the honesty and integrity and look forward to working with them when it's finally time to replace the roof.

  West County Roofing replaced my roof and I was very impressed with their professionalism, great communication and excellent work. They took time to explain the work to be done, answering all my questions. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and of the materials they used.   Kyle O. helped us work through an incredibly tricky insurance obstacle while remaining professional and friendly. He truly went above and beyond to work for the homeowners! We were scheduled within 2 weeks for installation and the crew worked fast! They did an amazing job and the clean up was perfect. They even came back after installation to ensure not a nail or scrap was left behind. I highly recommend West County Roofing!
