  I thought I had an appointment today on 5-13-25 at 3pm. according to my text communication. After waiting almost 15 minutes later, I gave a call to the Office lady answered the phone told me she was working from home said she would send a message urgent and I told her forget it. I have things I need to do. I don’t have time to be playing games waiting to see if someone’s gonna answer and call back. If they can’t keep your appointment at 3 o’clock or call if they’re running late then maybe it’s a company I don’t need to be dealing with because of the fact they can’t show up on time And the person who sent me a message to confirm. I sent a message back to them and said never mind don’t show up. I’ll go with another company then all of a sudden I’m Getting a phone message that they can come out and was a misunderstanding and all that. There’s too many companies out there that will make it on time at the appointment time..

  Fuchs Roofing did a great job installing a new roof and gutters at my property to repair storm damage! Personnel throughout the company were responsive and helpful in making sure that everything was correct. They worked well with my insurance company to get necessary items covered.

The entire process was handled professionally, and even when a few issues came up during the replacement, the team made sure everything was addressed and resolved to our satisfaction.   Fuchs Roofing was very professional and courteous in all their dealings with me. The work started as promised on time, they addressed all my questions, returned to fix oversights and minor mistakes, and cleaned up the job site. Best of all they were patient with my overdue final payment as insurance funds were delayed in getting released by a third-party company that handled the final inspection to close the project. Would definitely recommend and do business with again with Fuchs Roofing.

  I had a great experience working with John Million and the team at Fuchs. John truly went above and beyond to help get my older roof and gutters, which had storm damage, fully covered by insurance. He spent several hours onsite with the insurance adjuster, carefully walking through all the damage he identified to ensure nothing was overlooked. Throughout the process, John was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable from start to finish. The entire team at Fuchs was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
