  I don't think this is a real company. I called the number that Google had. The guy transferred me to something called Accent Roofing Services, which is not in Austell but in Lawrenceville. So I called the number again and said I was trying to reach Thomas & Sons and he told me he was part of an answering service and for me to hold on. He proceeded to put me on hold for a few seconds and then hung up on me.

  roger and the crew at thomas & sons roof repair were professional, honest, flexible, friendly, and truly great to work with. they handled my roof replacement, gutters, and related exterior repairs with real care and skill, and they also helped improve areas around the home that support drainage and roof runoff. from the first call, roger responded fast and showed up quickly to inspect the job. when the crew said they would arrive in the morning, they were early and ready to work, and they stayed busy until evening. in austell, it means a lot to have a reliable roofing team that understands heat, heavy rain, and the need for solid materials and proper installation. the whole process felt smooth, organized, and stress free, and the workmanship was excellent on every part of the project. i highly recommend them, and i plan to use them again for more exterior and roofing work.

  This roofing company is truly one in a million. They responded fast, completed a full roof inspection, and replaced our roof at a very fair price. The crew was careful and professional the whole time. After removing the old shingles, they walked the entire yard around our home to make sure no roofing nails or debris were left behind that could damage the grass or a lawn mower. I was even more impressed when we called later about a roof leak. Roger came out ready to handle any needed roof repair and even arrived on a Saturday evening before more rain moved in, just to make sure everything was sealed up properly. It turned out a vent cap had been blown off during a recent storm, and he fixed it quickly without any hassle. As homeowners, we have worked with many contractors over the years, and very few stand out like this roofing team. Their communication was clear, their workmanship was solid, and they treated our home with real care and respect. It is refreshing to find a roofer in Austell that takes customer service seriously and delivers quality work from the roof inspection to the final cleanup.

  Thomas & Sons Roof Repair is a great roofing company. We had a badly installed roof from another contractor, and the whole situation was stressful. When Camden came out to look things over and give us an estimate, he explained the roofing issues clearly and recommended filing a claim with the proper contractor board. He even came back to our Austell property more than once to meet with the inspectors and help support the process. After the claim was resolved, we knew exactly who we wanted to handle the full roof replacement. Once the new roof was finished, we noticed a big difference right away during heavy Georgia rainstorms—no more leaks at all. Roger, the superintendent on our project, did an excellent job staying in touch, answering questions, and making sure every part of the roofing work was done the right way. The same roofing crew showed up each day, which gave us confidence in the process. They were friendly, respectful, worked hard, and did a thorough cleanup of all materials around the house.   They replaced my roof and gutters after storm damage in Austell, and the whole roofing process was smooth from start to finish. They helped with the insurance paperwork and supplemental claim, which made everything much easier, and they worked within the approved claim amount while I only handled my deductible. Everyone on the job site was polite, professional, and respectful throughout the project. The roof has been performing great with no issues, and the new gutters and gutter guards were installed with excellent workmanship. Camden handled the roofing side and Roger took care of the gutters, and both clearly took pride in their work. It was easy to reach the team, they kept me updated, and they showed up when they said they would.   I can’t say enough good things about this roofing crew. From the first time I called for a free roof and gutter estimate to the final walkthrough, the communication was excellent by phone, email, and text. I worked directly with Zachary, and he was very professional, easy to talk to, and clear about every step of the project. They handled new gutters, window wrap, siding, and related exterior work with real care, and it all tied in well with the roofline of the house. The pricing was fair, the workmanship was solid, and the whole job moved along smoothly. In Austell, it is important to have exterior and roofing work done right because of the heat, heavy rain, and storms, and this team clearly knows how to build and protect a home for local weather conditions. When the crew finished, the cleanup was excellent. You could hardly tell they had been there except for how much better the house looked. They removed their materials, picked up the scrap, and left the property neat and clean. I honestly wish I had something to complain about, but they really did a great job. I would gladly recommend them and would use them again for any roofing or exterior service.

  After a strong storm caused damage around my home, I reached out for roofing and exterior repair service. They responded fast, and I liked that they were local to Austell. Camden came out to inspect the storm damage and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. The crew handled a full roof replacement, removed an old exterior chimney, replaced the siding, gutters, and downspouts, and rebuilt the perimeter fence. Camden and Zachary kept in touch with me through every step of the project, from the roof inspection to the final cleanup, and they have continued to follow up after the job was finished. They explained the roofing materials, repair process, and timeline clearly, which made everything much less stressful after the storm. The workmanship looks excellent, the new roof and exterior updates have really improved the home, and I am very glad I chose a team that takes real pride in their work.
