  Stop tucking flyers behind my mailbox, I don’t need more trash to pick up. The “no soliciting” signs at the neighborhood entrance and on my door mean that I am NOT INTERESTED.

  Our crews take pride in professionalism and quality on every project. To clarify the record, after your roof was completed and approved by your insurance company, you confirmed that the work looked great. The only matter that remained was the final insurance payment. After your carrier released the funds, you explained that a personal issue had come up and requested a payment plan. Paramount Roofing remained patient and in communication with you for over eight months without a single mention of a ceiling crack or interior concern. Only after communication stopped and the account was referred to collections did you contact our office—months later—stating that you noticed a crack in your ceiling following a new storm. You mentioned that an adjuster found a small piece of felt or a single shingle in the attic. Even so, Paramount still sent someone out to inspect, and it was confirmed that the ceiling crack was not in the same area where the felt or shingle debris was located. This confirmed that the issue was unrelated to our roof installation. Because this review includes claims that are not factual, Paramount Roofing & Consulting will be formally disputing this review with the respective platform to ensure our company’s reputation reflects verified and accurate information. Paramount Roofing has proudly served Metro Atlanta homeowners for over five years, maintains an A rating with the Better Business Bureau, and has over 260 five-star Google reviews. We stand by our workmanship, integrity, and commitment to treating every homeowner fairly and professionally.

  I wanted to patronize a black owned business, so I called this company. Expected a call to tell me the time of day to expect them. They showed up after 7pm tonight. I had been waiting all day. It’s just unprofessional to come to a potential customer’s house without confirming a time during normal business hours. It would have been understandable not to come if it didn’t fit their schedule. A simple call or text would have sufficed. I wanted to get a quote for siding on the side and back of the home. We as a people have got to do better!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Paramount Roofing and Consulting. My homeowners insurance company threatened to cancel my policy after its inspector claimed that my roof needed to be replaced, so I contacted Paramount Roofing for a professional assessment. Paramount Roofing thoroughly inspected my roof and honestly told me that I did not need a replacement. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation and sold me a new roof, but instead, they chose to do the right thing. They prepared a detailed letter explaining why the roof did not need to be replaced and provided clear photographs and supporting documentation for me to submit to my insurance company. After reviewing Paramount Roofing’s documentation, my insurance company reconsidered its decision and withdrew the cancellation of my policy. Because of Paramount Roofing’s professionalism, honesty, and willingness to advocate for me, I no longer have to spend thousands of dollars replacing a roof that is still in good condition. It is rare to find a company with this level of integrity. Paramount Roofing was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely concerned about helping me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy roofing company. However, when I do need a new roof I will definitely use Paramount Roofing!
