  Brad came out and set up appointment to fix chimney and boot replacement.Asked about financing was told to contact the office. The guy that answers the phone is not knowledgeble at all. When asked about financing just gave a link to the bank I click on the link it opens a credit card so I ask about promo rates the bank said contact Chastai another call to them. It is 7 percent closed immediately. Then come time for appointment no one shows I called office guy informs me yeah repairs wife had a medical issue ok you cant call to tell me that. Then repairs done 2 weeks later never send invoice calls me and says your bill is past due. Sent invoice on that day. Looked in spam no emails from them before. Definately will not use for roof replacement.

  This company repaired a leak around my chimney. Work looked great on the surface. It rained a few days later and the leak was 10 times worse and in a different spot. They came back out to take a look and said it was the bricks. The guy actually got agitated and stood by his crew's work. Had a chimney company take a look and they said it's definitely the repair job. Had a second roofer come out to inspect and estimate. Found multiple issues with the repair. I would not recommend Chastain Roofing unless you enjoy unnecessary drama in your life.

If another roofing company redid the work we did and fixed the problem you are entitled to a refund. We stand behind our work although we are not always accurate with our diagnosis especially around chimney areas. Thank you Brad

  Chastain Roofing needed me to move my truck out the driveway so they could park there dump truck there. However, my truck was not running due to a bad alternator. So, they pushed it out the driveway. When they did, not only did they leave dents in the tailgate but they also pushed it into bushes and scratched it. When confronted, the owner Dale (aka genius) quickly denounced leaving the dents in my tailgate that were not there earlier that day. Yet, honest Dale personally did take credit for pushing it into the bushes. CONCLUSION: Reckless, incoherent and do not respect personal property. Would not recommend. They are too incompetent to even roof a play house.

  We interviewed MULTIPLE ROOFING COMPANIES! I am a stickler for quality, and when the research came back on copper roofing and the ecological standards needed for living on a lake- Seth went above and beyond to help find ALL of the answers. I cannot thank this team enough for installing such a beautiful and highest standards roof for our lake home. Seth goes above and beyond. He sent so many options for us to see the colors on other homes- we even made it into a family roadtrip and shopped for our "new roof." He allowed me to speak with the manufacturer and the rep to answer ALL of my questions to ensure the safety of our delicate ecosystem. No matter what- they went above and beyond. Thank you so much CHastain Roofing, Seth and Arie for going above and beyond and exceeding every expectation.

  Chastain Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. They were the best combination of price, service, and great people. Bernard, Tina, Brad, and Mr. Chastain himself were all extremely helpful during the process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

  To let any prospective customers know, we had the best experience ever with this company! Excellent communication which seems to be rare these days. Shane and Scott are both excellent project managers! From start to finish it took them less than a day to complete our home. They came back the next day and replaced our gutters. If we could award them more than 5 stars we would!

  Everything from the initial visit and estimate to completing the work was exceptional. Seth explained the issues with the gutters and what was necessary to fix the problem. The problems were solved in a short period of time on the first try and everything looks great. I'm very happy with Chastain Roofing and highly recommend them!

  We have used Chastain Roofing for over 25 years now on multiple projects. If you ever want the job done right the first time and value a quality roof that doesn't ever leak, then Chastain should be your only call. They will also work hard to keep an aging roof alive until replacement becomes the only option. The staff has done this work for decades and can be trusted completely to design and install solutions for even the most problematic roof designs. Service after the sale is top notch as well. Syd O.

  We are so pleased with our new roof and the ease of process throughout! We called and Brad came out to give us a quote after listening to our requests. He was able to answer all our questions and explain all about the roof. He is very knowledgeable and was attentive to our needs. He always responded in a timely manner to our texts. Arie, who works in the office, took care of us as well with the scheduling and supplying addresses for examples of roof colors. We were also very pleased with the installation. The crew that was here worked diligently throughout the day! It was a hot day but they worked as if it wasn’t! The crew did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Brad came and stayed the whole day as they worked. He made sure they had what they needed. Brad came back alone the following day to check it all out and fine-tune the cleaning. We are so happy with the roof and how smoothly it all went! We highly recommend Chastain Roofing
