  Called a week ago. Had an appointment today for a roofing estimate. They no showed and didn't even call. Now they are trying to say there was no appointment. Should have known how unprofessional they are when I could hear guy opening a can …

  This review is from Jason he is a roofers that does not like our company because we have better pricing for customers. We use the highest brand and don’t over charge and other roofers get upset and call us and email us all the time.

  No gold stars for Gold Star Roofing!! Had an appointment at Noon today for a new roof quote. Gold Star decided on date and time and we accommodated their schedule. They couldn't even be bothered to show. No call...nothing. Best part is my Hubby just got off night shift and only slept for 3 hours before forcing himself to wake up to meet with them. Very disrespectful of people's time.

  We did not have a appointment because this review is from Jason’s wife he is a roofer that is upset with gold star because we Beat his pricing and we gave the customers better material then he offered. Sorry but any normal person will see both of these reviews I wil not have them removed so they can see the lies for them selfs.

  While installing my new roof they punctured the refrigerant line to my AC unit. When confronted about it, Jeff kept shouting "Hold Fast" at the guys on the roof. I didn't understand what this meant, but apparently it has something to do with denying responsibility for the harm caused by your actions. Jeff said he was free to do whatever he wanted, but when I said I was calling police, he changed his tune. He was quick to try and resolve the issue as apparently he had a drag story time protest to attend later that morning. In the end, I would not recommend this company as it caused me quite a bit of headache. Cleaning up all the cigarette butts after was also a big pain.

  We do not do flat roofs on businesses that have things like ac units on the roof. We do only residential roofs. This bad review is not truth they made this up 100%

  No-show for quote appointment. He said he was coming between 12-3pm (which is annoying enough), then he didn't bother coming at all. I sat around waiting for nothing.

  Bad reviews are for bad work done to a roof or bad work done by are company. Repairs are all done by a repair service guy he works on his own time we cannot make him do repairs cannot make him do jobs he don’t find good for are company he makes that call on his own. Old roofs some times just can’t be Fixed needing to replace the roofs we Can help you with. Sorry that you might have thought bad reviews are for you not getting a call back from the repair Guy but he is just a repair Guy. Gold star roofing is a major roof replacement company not a repair company.sorry but you will have to find a small repair company to do small home repairs not a incorporation roofing company as big as are Company is.

  Quick response time from Gold Star and the installer was experienced and professional. All at a good price. After dealing with other companies I would highly recommend using Gold Star.

  The best pricing we found after 7 different roof estimates. Gold star was the only company that affected Canada made shingles. The roof looks very good and we loved that gold star has a 15 year insured labour warranty. Thank you guys for the great job.

  Just had our roof done , Jeff's crew , Brad and Markus did an amazing job, took the care in making sure our pool and gardens never got destroyed, covered everything, cleaned up when they were done, Jeff was very thorough when giving us our quote , and on time from start too finish, would highly recommend Jeff and his team, Thank you again Jeff my roof looks amazing

  Brad and the team at Gold Star Roofing have been fantastic! We used them briefly last year but a storm had me calling them again and they came as soon as the weather cleared up. You want to have them on your maintenance call list!

  I had a racoon cause damage on my roof and I called a couple of wildlife company's but couldn't afford the prices. I contacted Gold Star Roofing and asked for a quote. They responded the same day, gave me a price and came first thing Monday morning to fix the damage. I am very happy with their service and recommend.
