My husband and I noticed a spot on the ceiling in our office/bonus room so he did some research and found this company. Drew got back to him within the same day to let us know he could come by on a Saturday and check things out in the attic. He was super nice and professional and chatted a bit before checking out where the leak might be coming from. Within a few minutes he figured out the issue and let us know what we would need to have done and he could do it that same day which was awesome! Even after completing the work he even blew off any debris that had landed on the driveway which was so nice and unexpected. We inquired about a few other services they provide as well and we will definitely be having them come out again. It was such a great experience and we have already sent out his information to a few friends and family as well! Thank you again Drew!

Devin came out to do an estimate on our 20 year old metal roof for some much needed repairs. We have 5 vent penetrations and a few of them are leaking. He was concerned with the rain that was being predicted for this evening, that he was …

Just wanted to update a previous review. Can you believe that Drew Vice not only came out to help with our roof afterhours, for 8 hours on the weekend, and he also came during a hurricane...and was on the roof! Any cleaned a clogged gutter! An organization is only as good as its people, and I can tell you that they don't come any better than Drew Vice. Not one piece of trash or nail was found in the workplace. He is 100% looking out for his customers like family! If you want a roofer that treats your house like it was his own, then you need to contact Drew!

We’re very pleased with the excellent repair Drew made on our squirrel-damaged roof. He was meticulous in troubleshooting all areas that needed attention and went to great lengths to insure we would experience no further problems. I offer my recommendation based on outstanding service and a job well done.

Will is always focused on doing the job only one way, the right way. He is responsive to requests and explains the materials and process well. We used him twice at our church buildings with one being a very complex job.

Will is such a good person. He couldn’t help me because I was out of his service area, but he took the time to vet contractors in my area, look at their quotes, and give me guidance on their products and offerings. He also told me things to …

We had a leak in our roof that needed repair and Will was extremely prompt in responding and getting out to assess the issue. Will was very thorough and I appreciated his honesty and straightforward approach and only pointed out the things that needed repair and didn't try to upsell. He was even able to get a crew out to our house for the repairs the very next day! They did great work and will be looking to The Roofing HQ for any of our future roofing needs!

I used Will for a roof leak six years ago. I was so impressed with him at the time that I held onto his card. Recently, I had another leak from a satellite dish that was improperly installed. The years of leaking had caused significant damage to the roof. I was anxious to get someone out before it rained again. After calling several other roofers and being put off from days to weeks, I remembered Will and went to hunt down his business card. I called, he came out the same day. Gave me the estimate and had the work complete within a week. Will is an honest hard worker that does what he says he will do and I highly recommend him.
