  This company and countless others have been contacting me for MONTHS unsolicited and I am sick of it. Stop spamming people. I will never use your company. I get some scam text every week from roofers who have bought my information from someone and it is dumb. Stop you losers

  Hi Kate, thanks for the feedback — we're sorry for the frustration. A couple of things that might help: we don't purchase contact lists, and every message we send includes clear unsubscribe instructions, so using that link (or blocking the sender) will stop things immediately on our end. We also don't see your name in our system, so if you're willing to share the number or email being contacted, we'll dig in and make sure it's fully removed from anything tied to us. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

  They're worker have no consideration of peoples yard. They are working at my front door neighbors. They have been parking in my front yard for 3 consecutive days. Without asking for permission, leaving trash and now that it rain tearing up the spot where they park. Mind you, I spent the last 3 weekend working on that area of the yard, planting grass seeds. And spent a few hundred to try to make that area look nice... And when calling the office. The lady that answered just brushed me off. Saying she will mention to the manager. She didn't even ask for the address, of where the site of the work was being done.... I'm not sure how long they will take to install a roof, But if they continue to park in my yard, i have their cars towed! Complete disrespectful

  Roof replaced in June and did a good job with roof replacement. However, they damaged lots of plants and flowers. The project lead left early in the morning and I had no contact person all day. So, I had to try monitoring work all day to keep them from damaging more plants. Sales had promised that plants and flowers would be protected.

  Mr. Carroll, thank you for taking time to provide your feedback. We strive to protect flowers/plants as much as possible but it’s impossible to prevent this 100% of the time. Our solutions dude should not have promised nothing would be damaged. After checking our records, we have reimbursed you for the cost of the damaged flowers/plants. We are sorry for the inconvenience we caused. As for the project lead, he was onsite the entire time. It was the project coordinator who had to leave for a doctors appointment and another project coordinator came back the next day to perform our quality control inspection. Our project coordinators will be better trained to better communicate when they have to leave and provide a contact for someone who can help them if an issue arises. Thank you again for your feedback!

  Outstanding Service from The Roofing Dudes! I had a tricky drainage issue that required relocating a downspout and completely tilting our existing gutter in the opposite direction. The Roofing Dudes sent out Ruben and Enyer, and I couldn't be happier with their work.They were extremely professional, punctual, and took the time to explain exactly how they would correct the pitch to ensure proper water flow. Their attention to detail was top-notch, and they left the work area spotless. It is rare to find contractors who care this much about the small details. If you need any gutter or roof work done right the first time, ask The Roofing Dudes!

  I had a really good experience with The Roofing Dudes. The price was reasonable and the work was completed quickly. The repair on the eaves was so spot on that you can't even tell it was a repair!

  they are the absolute BEST roofing company! I have referred many clients to them over the years so of course when it came time for a new roof personally, I reached out to them. I can honestly say from a customer's perspective, they truly are the BEST! I highly recommend them and you should call them when you need a new roof or even just a repair. They are completely honest and fair. They also made repairs to a garage door and frame, the pricing for that was a lot more reasonable than I expected.

  We love this! One of the things we are working on is doing repairs same day as the inspection. We understand the stress that comes along with a roof leak. Our inspectors were former roofers so they know how to do the repairs. Other companies have sales people inspecting the roofs. Our inspectors are not commission driven sales people.

  We had a great experience with The Roofing Dudes. We worked with Samuel, and he was very professional, informative, and straightforward throughout the entire process. They also had a few other guys come out to help with the repair, and everyone was easy to work with and respectful. Samuel took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us understand what actually needed to be done without trying to upsell us on unnecessary work. Their honesty and guidance saved us a ton of money, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend Samuel and The Roofing Dudes to anyone needing roofing work done. We will continue to use them in the future.

  The Roofing Dudes replaced a section of roofing that kept losing shingles due to improper installation by another company only 3 yrs after installation. Bobby Hanley was great in following up for months, as this took time for the shingle manufacturer to do their testing and investigations. Maria in the office and the job supervisor (sorry I can’t remember his name) also were very good at their jobs.
