  I wouldn’t recommend them to put a roof on a dog’s house. They are stubborn and unwilling to work with you to fix a problem caused by their roofing. I had a roof put on in 2022 and within two to three months of the roof being put on a thunderstorm came that November of 2022 and I had a leak in my bedroom. Mind you even before this my house had a dish network satellite dish on the roof that they left dangling from the roof down the side of my house they reluctantly came and fixed the leak but made no offer to fix the water damage to my ceiling. Fast forward to last night another storm has come through and there is another leak but this time it’s leaking into a light fixture and they will not come out to fix it even with me offering to pay up front because the warranty has expired. -1/10

We strive to provide quality service and resolve issues promptly, and we did make efforts to address the concerns you raised, including the leak after the storm in 2022. However, we also need to acknowledge that there was an outstanding balance of $5,000 for services rendered that was not paid. Despite multiple attempts to address this matter, it became clear that the payment issue was not going to be resolved, which led us to make the difficult decision to discontinue our business relationship. As a business, we must prioritize fair practices and ensure that we are compensated for the work performed. We do not take such decisions lightly but must emphasize that we cannot continue to offer services without resolution of outstanding financial matters. We appreciate your understanding and regret that we were unable to come to a resolution that met both our needs.

  While Magnum was quick to respond to my initial call, after two days, I had to ask for my quote. When I got it, it was over 20% higher than two other quality companies. The quote was rife with mistakes (e,g,-replacing vents I don't have) as if it was a cut-and-paste job from someone else's roof job. When I asked them to revise the quote to correct the errors, I never heard from them again. While I've heard good things and read good reviews about them, I will be choosing another company-if the quality of the work is anything like the quality of the estimating/quoting process, i would surely be disappointed.

  Magnum made an uncomfortable and stressful experience (roof replacement) much less traumatic with their professionalism, attitude and attention to detail. The tear off and install crew were great… but the star of the job was Cyrus Basseghi. He was detail driven, friendly and made it an ‘almost’ painless process. I greatly recommend these guys for your roofing needs. And check out their website. I’ll be using these guys for jobs not roof related. They are a class act!

  Ismael and his crew did an excellent job. Fast quality work and great customer support by working around my 5 German Shepherds. Cleaned up the debris and magnet swept the yard. Couldn’t ask for anything better. 5 Star rating for us.

  Wonderful company and employees to work with. Prior roofing company did not install appropriate flashing around roof peaks and chimney. Magnum repaired exterior and interior ceiling water damage. Great prep work- great clean-up. Timely repairs!

  Highly recommend!!! I had a tree fall onto my roof which punctured 2 holes, then fell onto my fence. Full roof replacement in one day. Had some water damage to ceiling & now it looks brand new. Fence repaired in the blink of an eye. Paul was a gem to work with. Everyone was professional & courteous and did an amazing job!!
