  The Roofing company has left a mess and provided me with an estimate to do work that they now say they won't do. The yard was left a mess and they missed step flashing on the roof and had to be called back to fix it. The sales team essentially told us this would be turn key and they would handle our insurance. It has yet to be anything like that.

  Seem to be really nice people who run the company. But getting them to get back to me with an answer has been next to impossible. Then asks them to email me an estimate and made clear I needed ot ASAP. Was told I would get it by 5:00pm. It is now 8:30pm and no estimate.

  If you find yourself in need of roof repairs, I would highly recommend "The Roofing Company". I called and met with Shane that afternoon. He assessed the damage and by evening I had a quote in hand. I really needed the roof repair completed but was leaving town for two weeks. I spoke with Shane regarding my options. He assured me I was in good hands and there was no reason for me to change plans. He arranged to be on sight the day the work began. The communications and pictures I received every step of the way were second to none. At no time did I feel like I should return home. Shane's customer service, communication and pictures made me feel very comfortable. They arrived on time and the date they said they would. The repair was completed in a timely manner and finished pictures were sent immediately. I would not hesitate calling Shane and The Roofing Company again if the need were to arise. Thank you Shane!! Not many out there like you these days!! I truly appreciate you taking care of my home like it was your own. You rock sir!!!

  Had to get a repair on my roof and man let me just say shane is legit the man. It was the best deal out of 5 quotes and they were so fast. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing repairs and definitely would recommend shane underwood

  I found Shane great to work with on several locations. I actually originally got him to replace a couple of shingles that had blown off my roof! I didn’t think I’d get anyone to do that job. In working with him then I found him to be dependable and honest and when it came time for a roof I went with him. His crew was great and so was he. They did a great job and when they were done Shane came by to check out the job they did. I highly recommend him.

  Shane is really great and very responsive, on time and does a through job. I was referred to by a friend and I found Shane to be very reasonable to work with and the work was done in record time. I would definitely refer Shane to my friends in future.
