Hire another company to check what Icon has done to your roof and equipment on your roof because this company damages ac vents, ac components and clog drain pipes because its easier for them to sweep it over the roof and onto your patio than it is for them to pick the crap up.

I have been trying to call someone but there is no answer. In addition I had a scheduled appointment for today and it was a no show and no communication either.

Good evening Fernanda, we apologize you feel that way. We gave a 10am-12pm window of arrival, you called our office line repeatedly (4 times within 4 minutes) at 10:06am while our office staff was on the other helping another customer. Kevin called you at 10:11am letting you know that he’s on his way. He arrived at 10:45am and provided you with the proposal that same day. We’d appreciate you taking your review down as it is not an accurate depiction of how we conduct our business, thank you.

Professional and easy to work with. Came for the eval at a time that worked for me, let me know the roof only needed small repairs not replacement, and then they communicated clearly about when I was scheduled and how the crews would work. Would recommend!

I was in Pinetop when a neighbor sent me a picture of a very large tree limb that had fallen on my house in Tempe. I got Zac's name from my daughter who also used Icon Roofing on a cabin she had in Payson. Zac was out within a few days and Adam took care of the broken tiles. Couldn't have been easier!

Icon roofing was a fantastic choice! The inspector was friendly and personable, helped with any issues that arose and kept in contact. The roofers did a great job and I applaud anyone who can work quickly and efficiently in the Arizona sun. I gave 5 stars for their quick scheduling, efficient work, being a good team, detailed job description on the quote with before and after pictures & the price was affordable. Thank you for fixing our roof! Update August 2026: We had to do another inspection after a wind storm & called Icon roofing due to the great service last time. Orion came out, and took a look, he was extremely helpful, professional, friend & knowledgeable about our quick fix. After two positive experiences with them, I’d absolutely recommend this company!

We had 80% of our roof redone and they were extremely efficient! On top of that they had the most reasonable pricing after we had received 2 other quotes.

Zac and his team at Icon Roofing replaced the underlayment for my tile roof after my roof started leaking. My roof was approximately 23 years old and needed full replacement. Zac was professional from our very first meeting all the way through the entire project. He was very responsive through texts or phone calls, and they did a phenomenal job replacing my roof. All work that he quoted was done as promised and the crews did a great job of taking care of my property. He had very competitive pricing and was the lowest out of four quotes. I would highly recommend him for any roofing needs.
