  Chandler, we're sorry to hear your experience left you feeling frustrated. Based on the name in your review, we were unable to locate a record matching your information. We also do not show repeated phone calls after a customer lets us know they are no longer interested. We do see two follow-up text messages, which are part of our normal process to ensure customers have the information they need and to answer any remaining questions.   I was reminded today when their truck almost ran me and my family off the road, 430pm Friday merging onto the 60 from 101, that when I wanted a roofing estimate a few years back.. their customer service / project management was as horrible as their driving. They purposefully did not allow me to get on the 60 at peak traffic and I continued to witness them drive aggressive with other cars. Based on other reviews, this is not the only time they have driven dangerously in the valley. When they realized we would have to fight back insurance for our roof replacement we needed, they ghosted us and ultimately lost the $$. We got a brand new roof from State Farm with a different company, thank goodness. Matter of time till they will have to be ones paying out for hitting someone’s vehicle and hopefully not hurting someone. ** reposting my review because of businesses response was an apology for the dangerous driving and trying to say they could not find me as a client.. its under “Kevin Shipley” my husband and trying to cop out of bad business by replying to my comment saying we were not found as clients under my name trying to save face as if my review isn’t reality. Yes they really almost ran my family off the road and yes they really ghosted us when we they realized they would have to work with insurance more thoroughly.

  Horrible service!! Someone came out to give us a qoute, which he showed us two quotes on his pad left. We never got the quote electronically. I called four or five times amd texted several times and still haven't received both of my quotes. If service is this bad to get quote what it would be like if we hired them!!!

  Truck 694 drives dangerously with their phone in their face. Would not recommend this company based off of how unsafe and dangerous it's drivers are, who are moving billboards for the company.

After an internal review, it appears there was a brief delay at a traffic light involving one of our team members. We have addressed the matter directly with the employee involved. While the situation may not have involved intentional unsafe driving, we understand how it could have created a negative impression. Our company vehicles reflect our business, and we hold our team to high standards both on and off the job site.   Surprisingly bad experience. Based on the good reviews, I called them, but every interaction was terrible. They took forever to come out, then the tech didn't follow the instructions to not disturb my Airbnb guests. I said I was getting another bid because his quote was surprisingly high and said I needed to replace things that didn't need to be replaced. Somehow the tech told the office that I signed an estimate when I didn't. So they kept scheduling installations and nearly disturbing my guests again. I called someone else, saved a ton of money and way better customer service.

  Since they have been bought out by Vertex a hedge fund company, they hired a GM that is incompetent and has zero knowledge of the business/ sales and increased their prices over 40% over all other roofing companies in the Valley! Don't waste your time the Overson family isn't even part of the company anymore!

  Tried to call for a quote and was unable to speak to anyone other than being told I was getting put on hold. Too many roof companies out there for me to spend time on hold, every time I try to call (and yes, I tried multiple times with the same outcome). Guess they don't need more business.

  Looks like grate things said about this co. Just don't be a neighbor of overson roofing they not only spray roof sealer on your roof but free of charge your neighbors cars trucks and a motorhome admission by there Forman told to take to car wash after getting estimate to clean off 1car was over 500 they refused and offered me 300 this co. Has no integrity or common sense to think a wash is going to remove roof SEALER there true colors come out and knows it's going to take a year to take to court and up front attorney fees banking on people giving up well I am selling house for 2 reasons my good neighbor avoiding me and 1st reasons hire a good attorney now I know where pain and suffering come into play .you shouldn't have to sell your house to get justice overson don't care about your neighbors bottom line .let's see if they try to make this right can't afford a attorney till house is sold so oveson I have no attorney at this point I will post both ways if they even try man up with integrity none at this point..

  The foundation of any repair is the repairman. In our case 'Richard' patiently listened to and answered my questions, appropriately managed my expectations, and fulfilled a slightly modified scope of work to my satisfaction.

  Overson roofing did a fantastic job on our roof! They went above and beyond to make sure that everything they promised they delivered on. Derek in management and sales was great! Jerry and Felipe, who did the majority of the work, were excellent! And Beau, who headed up the project, was outstanding! Beau kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, and made sure everything went well. Everyone was very friendly. If you are looking to replace your roof, no need to shop around. Overson is the way to go, because they have proven it to me, and will do the same for you!

  We did not compare with another contractor, because we had experience with Overson Roofing on different house. Everything was done well, from inspection and estimate, through removal of area that had deteriorated too much and recoating of whole roof. We received all service in timely and friendly manner. Old roofing that was removed was carried away. The temperature was hot, and the removal and installation crew worked very hard in those conditions, and were very considerate and friendly. The roofing is better than any we have had on any house we have owned. We didn’t get finished pictures, and since we are in our eighties, we couldn’t check out the finished product for a couple of days, when our grandson could help with that. We did climb the ladder under his supervision, and at least feel the surface, and our grandson took pictures for us. So for elderly people the company might consider providing that step when needed. Thank you Overson Roofing, staff and crew for your no hassle service.

  Stephen, we're glad that our regional manager, Kevin, was able to assist with some of the bright spots, but we are sorry to hear that your overall experience fell short of the high standards you expected. We would like to clarify a few points regarding the timeline and the issues you mentioned. According to our project logs, our team was on-site for a full 2 to 3 days to complete the work, rather than a day and a half. We understand you work night shifts, which may have made the timeline feel a bit different, but we assure you our crew did not rush through the craftsmanship. During the final job walk with Kevin, everything appeared to be in great shape, and we were glad to hear you were happy with the results at that time. As soon as you notified us later that evening that your water heater was not working, Kevin immediately dispatched a plumber to your home and had the gas and hot water fully restored within a few hours. Regarding the missing gardening shears, this is the first we are hearing of it, and we sincerely apologize. Our crew would never intentionally take your property, but we understand the principle of the matter is frustrating. We always stand firmly behind our craftsmanship. As the monsoon season approaches, we are entirely confident that your new roof will pass the test beautifully.
