Scheduled an appointment but didn’t show. Called three times but the technician didn’t call back. Looking for another roofer that wants our business.

Haven’t used this company. But should probably employee drivers that aren’t running red lights, and staying off their cell phone in your company trucks.

We took the time to read the reviews and did not think anything of the few bad reviews this company has. This company was hired by us to fix our roof, sure the roof is fine but we had a few other situations that were out of place. First our AC unit happen to break during the time our roof was being done.We had it inspected by another company and it was broken. They found nails in it which were the same we found all over the yard that were thrown by their roofers as well as the huge bash. Once they were finished we noticed a huge bash in our AC unit, it was obvious something large and heavy made the bash. I spoke to the own Tyler and he brought over his friend who works on AC units. I felt like they basically laughed in our faces and said it looks like someone stepped on it which was a little ridiculous to say to an upset customer. They said they will give us a call and follow up about it, which we never even heard back. Maybe it was not the roofers, but we just could not figure out what else it could have been. Our security camera was also broken the same time the roof was being worked on. We found alot of nails and junk in our yard that we had to clean up the same time the roof was being worked on. Luckily our little one has not arrived yet or else he could of been hurt but we do have animals. I just wanted to leave an honest reply on our experience. As I stated our roof was fine, just the lack of professionalism that was not. We never asked for money for our AC Unit, we just wanted to show the owner what happened and to ensure it did not happen again to someone else. We were never shown photos of our cameras not being broken before they started working, I know it was not broken prior. As you can see it was a hassle for us and the owner reply was still slightly rude. All we wanted was some professionalism and to close the matter out, but we never even got that.

Sahra, I am sorry you feel the way you do. When we did your roof there was a broken camera looking down the driveway. The crew noticed this and took a picture of it before we even started working. When you claimed that the camera was broken by the crew you became argumentative and as you claimed the camera was $80 it was easier to just pay the damages then try to argue. The AC was an entirely different matter. When you called us about 1 week after the job was complete to complain about the AC I asked one of the AC companies we work with to come and review it with me. I am not an certified AC tech but I can look at the signs and see what might be the issue. You claim that a tile fell 15 feet and damaged your AC, which is entirely possible. But what is not possible is that it did this without damaging the finish on your AC unit. There were 2 creases in the metal but the paint on the AC unit cap that were rusted, indicating that they had been there for a while, and not anything to indicate that an piece of concrete had fallen and damaged it. I don't know what damaged your AC unit, but it was not a falling piece of tile. We suggested that it could haver been someone stepping on it, we showed you the rust in the creases on the unit. I will gladly accept responsibility for my faults when they are presented to me. I will not however foot the bill for projects that your husband said were on your list of to-do items due to damages that were not caused by us.

Update - Note, read owners reply below. He is recording my conversations and thus he will be recording your conversations. And apparently he will do malicious things on Facebook which II do not subscribe. And he demands his employees do positive reviews on Facebook , google and yelp. Why not just do a good job and let your customers do your talking. Alert - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JOHNSON ROOFING. Unless of course you like to receive threats and insults from the owner Tyler and his crew of misfits. Four weeks in to the project, Johnson stops working because they misquoted the job and I guess refused to continue and forgot to tell me. Most insulting was when they showed up, delivered some items and said we will be back tomorrow and I saw the two clowns both smiling. Apparently they already knew they were not coming the next day or for that matter, they never came back. When I finally got a call from the Tyler, the owner he said I was put on the schedule" for sure" this time, once again that did not happen. If you want lousy work, rude workers threats and finally a lien posted on my property despite never attempting to complete the work, use Johnson Roofing, they are the worst and you won't be disappointed.

Carl, Since I will not talk to you over the phone let me publicly reply to your post. The original contract did not include the replacing of the tile. To begin with i dont know were the 4 weeks came from. Dates are as follows. Original estimate signed : 2-13-19. Job scheduled to start and started on 2-21-19 and completed 2-22-19. Second estimate proposed and 2-26-19. Second estimate approved on 3-13-19. Tile sourced and delivered 3-19-19. Appointment for 3-20-19 rescheduled for 3-21-19. 3-21-19 Customer called and canceled jobs and threatened to call cops. The issue with the job was the tile on the roof. it is a tile that we could not walk on and needed to be worked on to be able to insure that we had the proper amount of tile complete the job. The contract was therefore written in 2 parts to insure that we did the job properly and you were informed of such. The exact verbiage of the contract was "Remove existing roof tiles from lower roof areas and install into missing areas as needed. Count needed roof tiles on both roof areas. Replacement tiles to be installed when available. *SECOND TRIP TO INSTALL TILES AND MATERIAL NOT INCLUDED IN COST." Your roof has an obsolete roof tile that was difficult to source. We did find them and procured them and delivered them to your house. The next day we needed to reschedule and you were notified. We had you scheduled for the following day when we talked that evening ( this was back in March ) and you informed me that the you were not going to pay for the work already performed as well as keep the material that we had delivered to your house. You also informed me that if we did show up you would call the cops. You did use several explicatives as well. I offered to settle with you for the cost of the material which you refused. At this point we have completed the first part of the job, you have in your possession $ 1605.55 of our material and have not paid us a dime. You have threatened multiple times to flame us onlin

Initial contact was great, they came out on time, and gave the quote. After that once we scheduled everything hit the fan. Scheduled to come out 1st thing in the morning, no one came tried to call but the office wasnt open till 8. Got a text almost 2hrs after they said they would be there and was asking to reschedule for the next day. Next day, no one shows up, the appointment time was switched without my knowledge to a later time, and got an email early that morning. Still they didnt show during the appointment time. I had to call to get any details, they decided to do the jobs out of order that day. They finally showed up 6hrs after the original expected time, never knocked/introduced themselves, just went on my roof and left never once interacting with me. Finally, got the invoice days later. I was hoping for a more professional group considering my initial interaction was great.

Jason, I am following up on our conversation we had 2 days ago. I would again like to extend my profound apologies. We have discounted your job as per our agreement and thanks to you bringing this to my attention we have been able to identify what happened, why and put measures in place to prevent it from happening again. I would like to add that one of the reasons we were tardy in getting back to you is our scheduler tested positive for covid and we were doing everything we could to quarantine anyone that had contact with her. Once again thank you for taking the time to talk to me and thank you for choosing Johnson Roofing.

Corrina and the scheduling department are very inconsiderate and irresponsible. We were on the schedule for over a month and no one showed up for two days. I constantly had to call. They kept lying about how they would be here at 7 am and then 8 then 11 then 12. This went on for two days!!!! Still no one showed up. I finally canceled because Of how unprofessional the company is.

I had my roof looked at today by Johnson Roofing. I really appreciated how honest they were on how my roof looked and if its worth filing a claim through insurance. Thank you for your honestly. I would still recommend others to have them take a look. You never know.

Updated review as of 2026: I contacted Johnson Roofing LLC two weeks ago after they came several years ago for the first time. My estimator, Manny is still with the company and just as impressive as our original contact. The price to replace broken tiles and clean bird debris was surprisingly low and the quality, professionalism and kindness of the team with Johnson Roofing is still 5-star worthy. Vanessa at the office was very kind and handled everything seamlessly. I can’t say enough nice things about Johnson Roofing. Thank you for maintaining my roof and being my only roofing company that I will ever need! We had tile blow off during a strong monsoon storm and needed a roofing company. After reading Google reviews, we went with Johnson Roofing. Manny came to our home, inspected and gave us a full written estimate with pictures. Corrina in the office, scheduled us quickly and Showers, our repairman completed all the necessary repairs. Everyone we spoke with at Johnson Roofing was professional, courteous and just nice all around people. We received a final report with before and after pictures and the final price matched the estimate. We couldn’t be happier. Johnson Roofing will be our roofing company from now on. Do yourself a favor and go with the company that has been in business for 20 years and has 300+ positive reviews. They are well worth it. Thank you from the Morton Family for the exceptional service and repairing our roof!

Called Johnson Roofing for my back patio roof. Found some of the rolled roofing material had come loose from the wind storm. I called Johnson Roofing to set up an appointment. Vincent G came out on a Saturday morning. He inspected the back patio roof and explained what needed to be done. On Monday Johnson Roofing called and scheduled for Tuesday for back patio reroof repair. Tuesday morning Johnson Roofing started on reroof. Tuesday afternoon patio reroof was completed. Great job Johnson Roofing!
