  Had my roof replaced following after some hsil damage. They were very prompt and quickly removed the old roof and replaced with new shingles. Unfortunately I’ve had several leaks that are still an issue. The leak is around a pvc vent pipe. A repairman came out after I first saw the issue and applied caulk which Sterling told me was not a good solution. He was right because it is still leaking and I have a stained ceiling from the water that has come into my attic. Updating review. Roofers came out and replaced all the vent caps and I’ve seen no further leaks.

  Huge shoutout to The Roofer Direct! They handled our roof replacement quickly and professionally after hail damage, and our home looks better than ever. Tony Parker and Scott Burnam were incredible—they went above and beyond to navigate the insurance process and made sure we were paid fairly. Highly recommend!

  I had two large trees through my roof after the hurricane. They did a great job replacing the broken trusses and sheeting the roof to code. My new roof looks great and should more than outlive me!!

  After Hurrican Helene, I was fortunate to connect with Tony from Roofer Direct, who was immensely helpful not only in addressing the damage to my roof and gutters, but a number of other items that were unrelated. He made what could have been a real logistical nightmare a relatively simple process and I recommend this business highly.

  OUTSTANDING service from Scotty (owner) and Blake (GM) on getting a new roof for my 92 year old father. I was able to coordinate the entire job for him, from initial estimate to closing, from 1000 miles away, all by email and phone. This company went way above and beyond with the patience required to do this job, as much of it involved a lot of phone tag between them, me, the insurance company, and my father, so he was fully able to understand the new roof process. Great job on the roof and BIG THANKS again to Roofer Direct.
