  This business just tried to talker advantage of my 82 year old mother!!! NO ONE ASKED HIM TO COME BY AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE! I have POA and I certainly didn't authorize it. BE CAREFUL OF SCAMMERS! 😡😡😡 This guy claims they only give estimates to people who ask for them. THEY INITIATED EVERYTHING. CALLED MY 82 Y/O MOTHER AND TOLD HER WHAT TIME DID SHE WANT THEM TO COME. She didn't call you, YOU CALLED HER. She initially said no, but Ivan kept pushing. Like I said, you operate off of shady business practices, calling elderly widows who can barely hear, and have memory loss. DISGUSTING!

  After several attempts to have a phone conversation with you about this I even provided recording of your mother authorizing us to come give a free roof inspection. I understand that you love your mother and you think we were trying to scam her. I assure you this is not the case. I have investigated this matter thoroughly and I am so proud that my employee, Josiah, recognized that your mother had cognitive issues because of her age and he did not try to sell her anything. In fact he stopped presenting immediately and recommended that your mother give his number to you so he could speak with you directly. He did a temporary repair to the roof that had a hole in it at no charge. After I provided you this explanation you told me to “go to hell” and continued to assert that we were horrible people who only tried to scam your elderly mother. You have a long history of leaving 1 star reviews and I am at a loss as I have asked how we can make this right for you, and you have zero solution other than to slander our name.

  Concerned about the roof so I called these guys. A guy came out, flew a drone over my house for a couple minutes and said the damage was significant but, didn’t show me any pictures, told me to file a claim with insurance and let him know when they’re scheduled to come out. I was expecting someone to climb on my roof and look for damage maybe take some pictures, so I know that it needs to be replaced. A drone inspection wasn’t what I had in mind

  I highly recommend the Roof Joker! We have had them repair our roof for the past two years and this year we finally decided to have it fully replaced. We’ve dealt with Josh, Travis and others, and they are always friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Our new roof is beautiful and no more worries whenever the wind blows!

  Exceptional service from a team that is professional and super knowledgeable. I personally got to work with Gabe and he was fantastic. Quick, direct, no gotchas, and he even educated me on upkeep and things to lookout for through the seasons. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

  Needed a full roof replacement and these guys were great. We called 3 companies to come out because our roof was actively leaking into the garage and we needed fast action. Not only were the roof jokers the fastest to get out and tarp our roof, they were the least pushy and easiest to talk to. Their prices were beyond fair, and the service was spectacular. They managed insurance communications and got the job done fast. When they saw the gutter crew had misplaced one of the spouts, they had the crew back out to fix it in no time. Gabriel was awesome to work with and I’d recommend the Roof Jokers to anyone. A+

  Gabriel D’Antoni at The Roof Joker answered my text regarding a leak in my roof, promptly scheduled a time to inspect my roof to determine the issue, and solved the issue quickly. He provided photos to show the before and after the work that he did, was respectful and considerate, and answered all questions that I had. I will definitely reach out to Gabriel if I have future concerns with my roof.

During a hail storm it’s often more than just the roof that gets damaged. In this house 7 window screens were damaged and approved by insurance. Many companies don’t want to deal with changing them because there isn’t much money to be made. We always give that option for our clients.Jul 29, 2026
