  I know these guys mean well, but they ghosted me twice in two years in terms of my insurance filing for roof repairs. They might do good work, but wouldn't trust their sales process.

  These people will say and promise all kind of services before you sign up especially sales rep, once they are done with crappy job, they dont pick up your calls or follow up...very very unhappy with work...water is leaking and it's not even a month !!! They dont deserve even a single star!!!! Avoid them at all cost !! Responding to below comments from business : I did reach out to customer service before writing above review, their response was that's not part of contract without getting any feedback from sales rep, which is not true. Like I mentioned in comment above, sales rep will over commit to get your business, once they get the money they dont even respond to your email, text or phone call. If I dont get any response, I will put out sales rep info, so you would know who I was working with...

  My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I was repeatedly encouraged to file two insurance claims with State Farm. The first claim was filed after the salesperson assured me there was roof damage, but State Farm inspected my roof and determined it was in good condition, so the claim was denied. After the April 18 hailstorm, he continued contacting me, sending photos of nearby homes getting new roofs and repeatedly telling me my roof had storm damage and that I should file another claim. I told him I was concerned about my $4,000 deductible, and he assured me there were ways to get my out-of-pocket cost to $0. Based on those repeated assurances, I filed a second claim. Once the second claim was opened, the communication completely changed. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get the inspection report, and days went by without updates. Instead of acknowledging the delay, I was told I was “acting like a child” and later that he didn’t want to do business with me. I understand that insurance companies—not contractors—decide whether a claim is approved. My issue is that I was repeatedly persuaded to file claims and then left chasing updates after the process had already begun. Professionalism doesn’t end once a claim is filed, and unfortunately that was not my experience.

  Heritage Roofing and Construction Company did an amazing job from start to finish! Dustin was especially great to work with. He helped me through the entire insurance claim process, answered all my questions, and made everything so easy and stress-free. The interior repair to my ceiling was completed within two days, and it looks fantastic! The whole team was professional, reliable, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Heritage Roofing and Construction Company and would definitely work with them again.

  Brian has now put a new roof over my mom's home and now my home. In both instances the roofs were above and beyond our expectations. Absolute improvements to the exterior look to the home as well as providing pictures along the way to show roof issues and how the Heritage crew removed problem spots and replaced with durable sheets of wood. My husband and I are incredibly satisfied with Brian's initial meeting to his follow through every step of roof replacement. Brian's attentiveness is so reassuring it makes you feel that it is a qualified family member replacing your roof. He does not disappoint. If I had more roof's to replace Brian and Heritage would be the only company I would use. Obviously we give a five star rating and higher if available!!

  I worked with James King from Heritage Roofing to replace my roof. From the beginning I was impressed with the professionalism he exhibited. I am so impressed with the process the company has in place to assure the quality of the work. They did everything they promised and James was on site to oversee the work. He has returned at least twice the first few days after installment to make sure the roof is performing as it should. He answered all my questions and has been very communicative.   Cannot say enough about how wonderful of an experience it was to work with Heritage Roofing & Construction, specifically Jake R. He was there every step of the way and continued working with me after the roofing was completed because I had issues with one microinverter on my solar panels. Turned out to be a non issue but he continued to work with me until everything was 100% complete. If anyone mentions roof issues to me, I guarantee that I will be recommending Heritage Roofing & Construction.

  We were really impressed by the communication, honesty, and professional work that Brian Davis and his team did for our new roof. Brian was great to work with, he addressed all our questions and concerns with expertise and great suggestions on options we were contemplating. Throughout the day of installation, he provided us with drone footage and answered questions on particular items found on the roof. There was some wood rot on an eve that he replaced and color match painted without even mentioning any costs. There was care to make the whole project look great and of course function properly with new ventilation elements. The team ran tarps like crazy around the whole ground/pool to prevent a big mess of debris, they cleaned up well and ran magnets multiple times to catch any loose nails. Thank you.

  Jake Rose was fantastic to work with throughout our roof replacement project. He provided a quick, reasonable quote and was flexible with our schedule. Jake kept us informed every step of the way, communicating clearly and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Despite the extreme heat, the crew worked hard and did an excellent job. They were respectful of our landscaping and took extra care to thoroughly clean the yard afterward, making several passes to ensure it was safe for our pup. We are very pleased with the quality of work and customer service we received and highly recommend Heritage Roofing.
