This company was chosen due to the good online reviews. HOWEVER in actual practice this company turned out to be a big mistake to be chosen and this is being written to warn others. To their credit their crew was "fast" Started at 7:00am …

It has come to my attention that you are a tenant, not the owner of this property. I understand, that as a tenant, you might not appreciate the intrusion upon to your residence and the general disturbance created by having a roof replaced, but I would consider your claims somewhat exaggerated. Our interactions with you were always professional, respectful and responsive, and the work performed was done so in a professional and respectful manner. Roofing is messy business, but we did not leave the property or surrounding areas a mess or destroy your landscaping. Your photos were taken while the job was in the process of being completed. It is not uncommon to have some debris in the yard (as your photos depict) for the duration of the roofing process. The debris in question was gone before the end of the day.

Chose between Malachi and Mammoth Roofing. By far Mammoth roofing has Superior customer service from the beginning of intake Hall to the actual inspection. Malachi represented themselves poorly. Rep asked about insurance didn't come out to the property and made me feel like if my insurance didn't pay for it I wasn't going to not knowing that I had full coverage to pay any out of cost expense. To any acquisition companies, independent homeowner, investors, real estate agents... I suggest contacting any other Roofing companies other than Malachi. No photos to add because he was the ONLY rep that was a NO SHOW!!!!!

Apple Jacks, this doesn’t sound like us at all. May I ask your full name, so that I may review your information and respond to your review with the best knowledge I have, regarding you as a prospective client. By your tone, it sounds like you may be somehow affiliated with, or aligned with, a competing company, and imploring some shady tactics to tarnish the reputation of the competition. It wouldn’t be the first time in the history of google reviews that someone has done this. I’ve also heard of companies incentivizing clients to give a poor review of the competition. This is highly unethical and verges on illegal. If this is not the case, prove me wrong by publicly posting your full name and/or calling into the office to discuss why you feel you were treated unfairly, so that I may offer a fair and educated response to your review. If you have been treated unfairly or if a salesman has misrepresented the company, I have no problem apologizing publicly, through this forum, and owning up to our mistake. But with no reference to who you might be, I have no way to know if this is a legitimate complaint or how to respond to your grievance. If you do not wish to discuss this matter over a phone call, you may email us at roofing@malachiconsulting.com. I will be doing more research to find out who you might be, so that I have a better idea of what might have or might not have transpired. If this review is not genuine, I would implore you to remove it.

Great website easy to use, but Never got back to me after I filled out a message for quote.

Hi Steve! This is our only review less than 5 stars and it really got our attention. I immediately went to our email servers and searched for your message, I could not find it. Then I created a test message and waited a while, it did not show up either! We recently (Nov 2019) deployed this new website and I'm glad to hear your opinion of it. Clearly though there is a technical difficulty and it makes me wonder if anyone else has had the same experience. How frustrating is this, for everyone. I have escalated this issue to our web development firm. Feel free to call our office or my cell phone directly and I will be happy to assist you in any way possible. 512-996-0255 office / 512-626-1758 cell

Charlie and his crew from Malachi roofing did a fantastic job on our roof replacement, and fence and garage door painting after they were damaged by hail. They got most of the work done in one day and they kept us informed the whole way. Highly recommended!

The whole team at Malachi was great to work with! Zach advised us through the entire process - working with our insurance, material selection, and scheduling. Charlie was our project lead, and he was readily available with updates and working through questions and changes. Michelle in the office was a pleasure to work with too!

Who knew that finding a lost disc (disc golf) in the park would lead to a new roof? 😁 Thanks, Steve, for allowing us the opportunity, through such a random introduction, and trusting us with your property. …

I am an owner of a large property in Port A. Malachi Consulting absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the set up, communication and production… perfect. Covered my pool and hot tub to keep the kids safe and picked up darn near every nail!! That’s so important. We had zero rental impact. Best of the best!

We just had our roof replaced by Malachi Roofing and it was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this company. The work was done with high quality and efficiency and their clean up process made my property look spotless! I enjoyed working with Charlie and Angel. They both have great customer service skills.

After witnessing my neighbor replace her entire roof after hail damage, I inquired about the process and her experience. Needless to say, after talking to her roofer Charlie, I decided to not only replace my entire roof with Malachi Roofing but also, recommended a couple of neighbors to go with Malachi Roofing. Charlie was very engaging, knowledgeable, prompt and accessible during the entire process, from beginning to end. He was detailed as far as the clean-up around the perimeter of my home as well as both my neighbors; even return 3 days later to clean up. 3 weeks later I even notified him that my attic contained a few more shingle pieces and he offered to return to clean up. But I declined his offer to return and clean up the attic because it was enough for 1 person to clean it up. But will recommend Malachi Roofing if you are in need of a roof replacement or repair or related services.

Malachi Roofing just completed the roof replacement on one of my houses. I had used them to replace the roof on another house a few years ago. The thing I like about them is that they stand behind their work. I've had roof issues in the past (not due to their work) and they have some out and made any needed small repairs. After this last roof replacement they did an excellent job inspecting the roof to make sure everything looked good and they cleaned up around the house. Would definitely use them again.

Customer service was great with Zach. Communication concerning the estimate and scheduling was on point and we always knew what was going on. Our roof looks great! Workmanship also great. Clean up great, not a single nail in our yard or driveway! Our shrubs and flowers were not trampled. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Malachi Roofing from start to finish. Charlie Pires, the supervisor, did a great job communicating and responding to all my questions / concerns. Their crew came in and finished the roof replacement (due to the hail damage) in a few days. They coordinated with a solar company to get the panels back in place, and all is brand new and running great. I highly recommend Malachi Roofing!
