  They did an excellent job on my new metal roof in Cedar Park. The crew arrived on time, handled every step of the roofing work efficiently, and cleaned up the yard well after the installation. When I had questions about the new roof system, Tracy took time to walk me through the process and even used leftover metal pieces to show how the panels and seams fit together.   From start to finish, the whole roofing project went smoothly and was easy to manage. Brayden and Tracy were friendly, skilled, and great to work with. They helped us through the insurance claim after major storm damage and made the roof replacement process much less stressful. Tracy stayed involved the entire time, answered our questions quickly, and helped us pick the right shingle color for our home. She also kept the schedule moving and made sure the work was completed on time. Along with the new roof installation, they also replaced our gutters and downspouts, which really improved the overall look and function of the house.   We had not even started the roofing project yet, but the customer service has already been outstanding. Our roof is nearly 20 years old, and after a strong storm we noticed a leak in the front room. I called that morning, and Tracy was at our home in Cedar Park before lunch. Tracy clearly explained our roofing options, the next steps, and what to expect with the repair process. Tracy also returned to provide a temporary roof patch to help stop the leak while we review the best long-term solution.   Adams Family Roofing did a great job on our roof, and Brayden was excellent at guiding us through the insurance process. He always returned our calls, answered every question, and took the time to explain the roofing work and give helpful advice. The crew showed up on time, checked with us before making decisions, and finished the roof project as scheduled even during the strong Cedar Park summer heat. They also did a very thorough cleanup, sweeping for nails and removing shingles and other debris, which really mattered because we have a dog. If you need roof repair or a full roof replacement, they are a dependable choice for quality roofing service.

  Years ago, I had the roof and gutter guards installed and was told there was a lifetime warranty, including help if the gutters ever got clogged. Later, I learned the ownership had changed, and at first it was unclear how the original guarantee would be handled. I was disappointed and hoped for better communication about the warranty and service history. After waiting about a week, I still felt the response did not fully address my concerns and seemed more focused on general roofing services than helping with my specific gutter issue. I also wanted to clarify that the original agreement was not that the system was maintenance free, but that someone would come out and clean the gutters if they ever plugged up. In the end, the roofing crew came out, fixed the problem, and took responsibility for the issue. They explained it was a one-time service, but I appreciate that they followed through and made it right. That kind of customer care and standing behind the roof and gutter work means a lot, especially with the heavy rain and storm season in TX. I’m glad the issue was resolved and updated my rating to 5 stars.

  Adams Family Roofing replaced the roof on our rental condo, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Tracy kept communication clear and stayed on schedule while coordinating with me and the renter, and once HOA approval came through, the job was finished quickly. The crew did excellent roofing work at a fair price, replaced the attic fan, painted the vents and chimney stack, reinstalled the existing gutters, and cleaned everything up well.   Look no further for roofing and skylight work. After comparing several roofers, my wife and I met with Brayden, and he quickly looked over the kitchen roof area, asked the right questions, and shared helpful ideas for the skylight installation.
