  Do not trust this company. Project manager said "I never want to have to see you again." to me after they botched a job. Alex, dont even try to claim you were "being funny". You damaged my property with your sloppy team. Still got leaks! Never again!

  Our experience was great at first. But from the moment I signed the contract, things changed. They didn’t show up on their scheduled date. Not even a call or text to let me know when to reschedule! I had to ask them multiple times. Then after the roof replacement was done and I started reporting an issue on a leaking portion of the new roof that damaged the garage ceiling, I never received a response from their project manager. Two weeks and no response, text or call! What a blatant disregard to their customer! Very unprofessional! As it rained more during those two weeks while waiting for a response, the damage got worse. I have yet to hear from them. I’m afraid I have to shoulder the cost of the repairs due to their negligence. Let’s see where this goes! Oh, they also damaged our canopy! Although they offered to replace it, having to dismantle the old and putting the new one up is such a hassle!

  Homeowners beware! We had a storm roll through our area and after which a crew stopped by. They talked up how much damage we had to our roof and such, well when the insurance company didn’t agree to pay out for a new roof they left us high and dry! We literally haven’t heard anything back from them. Seems like they were just looking for an easy payday! They never offered to give us an estimate for what it would cost, and never put a tarp on our roof knowing we were having water intrusion issues! We are planning to replace our roof but we sure won’t be using this company. Total lack of professionalism and an even bigger lack of communication.

  Jared with The Roof Mentors came out to give me a free roof inspection and a very good estimate. He was able to help me get some funds from my insurance company to help with this project after finding some covered damages. He kept his word as to the project details and timeliness. I would recommend Jared and The Roof Mentors to anyone needing a roof or other repairs. Job well done!

  I really loved lane and Nic and all the crew that put a roof on David's house. I know I was a little hard on Lane at times but I was just looking out for David. But I do love lane to pieces and all the other guys and women. Thanks again.

  The Roof Mentors are TOP NOTCH!! From my discussion with James on what I wanted, to install with Nick and Daniel, I am 100% pleased with my purchase. The Roof Mentors installed a new roof, new gutters and replaced my old skylights with new ones. They answered all my questions promptly- and I had a ton of them! They explained things in detail so that I knew what was happening, how it was going to happen and when it was going to happen. I am big on communication and Nick and team did NOT disappoint! The Roof Mentors’ options, prices, timeline and team are second to none. It says a lot when the folks you are dealing with feel like friends by the end. Give them a call! You will not regret it!!!   I want to thank Lane Butcher and Nick of Roof Mentors for my new roof. Lane did a great job of navigating the process of working with my insurance company and getting a great price for my roof. Nick and his team did an excellent job on installing my roof. They did it the day he had planned with no problems or surprises.
