  Update 8/15/2026: I saw the big anchor pictures and video. To address the video they literally cut off the part where I say "my ceiling is collapsing and there is mold that wasn't here before" in response to the question do you have evidence of a leak. If you listen you can hear me start to say that but they cut it off. They also do not have a contractor's license to work on roofs. Either way they admit to needing to fix the roof 6 times and I still have the texts of the owner agreeing to file a claim and pictures of the four spots of water damage before and after their work. They may not even have liability insurance either so instead the owner decides to commit crimes. UPDATE: 8/13/2026: I've included proof of Josh (The owner) agreeing to file a claim. The full video is too long to put on the review but he agrees more than once to file a claim. UPDATE 8/11/2026: The owner has denied causing the damage while also admitting to having to fix the roof due to multiple leaks 4 times for the chimney, 3 times for the spot directly over the living room ceiling where it is collapsing. This company is officially a scam company. Their so called offer was a GAG-ORDER and forfeiting litigation rights + $1000 which we couldn't find a company that would work for that especially if there is asbestos. I'll also include their offer which will show what kind of company they are. We also have the before photos when we bought the house and it is not as damaged as after big anchor replaced our roof and had to come back a half a dozen times to fix leaks. They are pretending that years of on and off again water damage causes no additional damage. UPDATE 8/04/2026: 4th chimney leak found. I've also included a screenshot of the owner Josh being disrespectful, he has also said the same insults in person but I didn't have proof until he text me recently. DOJ, BBB and other agencies have been notified about the scam these people are running. We can't trust the entire roof work and have

  I wish I could give them zero stars. This experience has been an absolute nightmare. The job was done in May of 2022 and we noticed our attic leaking in November 2022. I called them, they came out to "fix" the issue. They had since come out numerous times to fix the same issues to no avail. Joshue is completely unprofessional, rude and now refuses to have any communication with us since April 11, 2023. Even then, it was to tell me he's refusing to honor the 10 year warranty and that I need a chimney cap to resolves the leaks. I've since had a chimney company come out to inspect the chimney and they stated a chimney cap would not fix my issues. My issues are due to a poor installation job of the roof and flashing. I sent big anchor an email again on May 2, 2023 and called and left a message on May 3, 2023. I still haven't heard anything in return. I was also charged $2,000 to replace fascia and sofit which was never done. Theyve damaged my house and wont even acknowledge that they did. Do everything you can to avoid this company.

  Thor and his crew came out to add some drip edge to our roof and gutters. They were quick, took good care of everything, and patched a few exposed nails for me while they were up there. Competitive price and I recommend them in the future.

  We had a fantastic experience with Big Anchor. When the front gutters on our two-year-old home started mimicking a waterfall during rainstorms, we decided it was time for a long-term solution. I contacted three local businesses for quotes on a Monday morning. Josh from Big Anchor responded immediately and was at our door within hours. He was extremely thorough, assessing the video footage I had captured of the heavy rain and explaining the structural risks to our foundation. We chose their GutterShutter system and it was completely installed by Thursday.It would have been faster, but I wasn't available on Wednesday. The young men who came to install our new gutters were very friendly and professional.   We enjoyed working with Josh in setting up the roofing work and the GutterShutter job. This group is very customer oriented at every level. The team communicated closely with us and our house/dog keeper while we were gone. They moved efficiently and quickly and the whole job was completed in 4 days. They used top quality boots on the roof. We have a steep, high roof with gables and valleys and they had to work around a lot of my deck stuff and my yard/garden stuff. They had to replace some facia board. They did everything so well. They double checked the final job and corrected a couple of minor differences regarding splash guards and downspouts. The final job looks great. The price was competitive or better than other quotes I received. The GutterShutter compares directly to Leafguard in quality and warranty and the first price was a good, fair, competative price. With Leafguard, which does make an excellent product, the first quote was VERY high and they came down 4 times in the process. I like that Big Anchor quoted the fair price in the beginning. I'm a happy customer.

  From the first time we spoke with someone, they were professional and reasonably priced compared to other places. They put on new gutters and replaced part of our roof on a balcony and the work looks amazing. It will be so nice to not have leaves clogging our gutters anymore. They came back when a few things were needed to be tweaked without a problem. Workers were friendly and respectful and cleaned up any mess they made. I would highly recommend them for roofing and gutter needs.

  Big Anchor team showed up on time and were done in a few hours. They worked well together and were very responsive to questions. It is a messy job taking down old non-functioning gutters but they left the place spotless. Highly recommended.

  I had an urgent need to remove a section of my gutters for unrelated repair work, and then have them replaced and upgraded quickly, before storms would bring water damage to our basement. They came out within hours of my call, provided an estimate I found quite reasonable, removed the old gutters the next morning, and then came out immediately after the carpenters and painters completed their work. Thor and Juan were very professional, and the work was impeccable. Kudos to Big Anchor!
