  While installing new shingles on my roof, they told me I needed a new topper for my chemeny and new flashing around it. I let them do the added work and thought all would be good. Well,my chemeny caught fire last winter because the topper didn't have enough ventilation and caused smoke to backup into the chemeny making a coating that blocked the entire system. I had an inspection this year before starting it and they told me what had happened. This was by a certified company that replaced the topper and removed a ton of debris that would have burned my house down. Never let a roofing company replace any part of the chemeny!

  I called to get a quote for a leaky ceiling in the bathroom. They stated that they only do full roof replacements for the Kannapolis area. They need to change what their website says because the website says we service Kannapolis, including like the repairs and everything which is not what they say, when I called misleading.

  Representative Rusty came out to inspection and quote us a price for roof. Boasted on Owen's Corning shingles and also their synthetic underlayment. Boasted on how they were a platinum preferred contractor of Owens. Said they stand by their work. Day of installation Deps roofing came and done the work not Skywalker. Used pinnacle pristine shingles and summit underlayment. My son was here during the installation and only seen Skywalker truck at the end of job to put up their advertising sign. Deps roofing out of Charlotte, NC did do a great job. So if your thinking about getting Skywalker to do the job just call Deps and probably can get it done cheaper. Wish Skywalker would of been more honest and not so deceptive.

  Salesperson was outstanding with his estimate and explaining the different roofing options. Cleaning up was not good. Still finding nails and the plastic tear strips, from the shingles, in the yard. We did not use all of the material and our foreman said that we would be receiving an update bill. After 2 emails and 2 phone calls, we finally received an updated bill (1 week later). Customer service concerning the updated bill was not good.

  A few shingles came loose on our house (approx 3) the job was about 20 minutes total. Sky Walker Roofing estimate was $850 to do the work. We called elsewhere and got the job done for $250. 20 ish minutes of work. Make sure to call around for FAIR price.

  Called to set up a quote for windows, doors and gutters. They responded quickly and sent a guy out within 3 days. That was 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received a quote. Called a week ago and was given the guys info, contacted him and asked about the quote and he said that he would get back with me.🤷‍♂️guess business is so good that they don’t need mine!

  If you want work done good luck. They take forever to give you an estimate I've been waiting over a week to get mine. They say that they will get on it but you won't hear anything back from them. I DO NOT recommend skywalker roofing. They want you to be responsible for keeping up with them.

  I've become fairly frustrated at this point which has earned them a 1 star. They sent someone out to give an estimate on a leak I have in my new house roof. He showed pictures and was otherwise professional but the quote seemed kinda high. He said someone should call in 2 weeks to schedule the repair. It is now almost 3 weeks later and I have heard nothing. Add in the fact that I have left them 2 separate voice-mails with still no response. Further I am starting to have a pest control issue with carpenter ants likely related to the roof issue for which I am now having to shell out another couple hundred for. At this point I will likely be looking elsewhere for the repair if it can be done sooner. If this is remedied in a timely manner I will gladly update this review promply. #update. I will add a star for the attempt to remedy, but at this point I have already found another company who can complete the repair in a few days. Advice to others is don't settle for waiting as more damage is done to your home.

  Had a wonderful experience with Skywalker Roofing. Their consultant was very upfront about the work that needed to be done, and provided and accurate timeline on how long it would take to get on the schedule. The actual job went quickly and everything looks great!

  We contacted Skywalker to repair our roof after a dormer began leaking. Brad Case responded promptly to our request for an inspection and provided a quote the same day, complete with pictures and a clear explanation of the problem. By the next business day, we had contracted with Skywalker to complete the repair. On the day of the repair, Josh Evans and his crew arrived on time and worked efficiently to repair the damage—despite a heat index of 102°F. When the crew left, there was no evidence they had even been there. The work areas were pristine, and the roof looked as though there had never been a problem. We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of their work. We'll definitely contact Skywalker again if we need roofing services in the future!

  I had 3 quotes from 3 different companies and Skywalker Roofing was by far the most professional and provided the most detailed information.   I would highly recommend Skywalker rooifing.in Stokesdale. A tree fell on my house I needed help! I called made an appointment. Rusty came out looked at my roof he answered my question’s made me feel comfortable about hiring them. Luke. Wilson and the crew came out to replace my roof.
