  Really do not know what’s going on with this location here we tried calling them for hours and hours one day trying to get them to come out and look at a job so we finally we gave up and just looked around elsewhere. Don’t understand how a company can be in business and not answer their phones

  Job kept getting delayed to begin with. And now not even 6 months since being done the ceiling in the garage is already coming down. And have been trying to get someone out here for the past month to fix this! Somebody was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago at 8/9am guess they got lost in our big town of kernersville!

  Had someone come out to give us an estimate on siding and a window. Josh came out and said he would have it ready . One week .. texted him .. said next day.. I said okay. Two months later and at least 15 email and text … NO ESTIMATE and NO REPLY!! So rude and waist of my time

  Our closet had a small water leak and stains. On 4/2019 they painted, treated the closet with mold control. They stated they patched and caulked some areas outside the closet. On 11/2019 the leak and stain reappeared. James(production …

  I left an email n voicemail after hrs n someone got back to me to tell me someone would contact me for an appointment well 3 days later nothing. I called n the same person who said someone left me a voicemail after I told him I didnt have one will have someone contact me just to make an appointment to come look at roof. Thank goodness it isnt an emergency but wanted a review out there to let others know not reliable nor committed to any customer service. N for insurance reasons if things get worse I put out there that this is not the company to recommend.

  We were one of the first customers of Storm Guard about 10 years ago. Our house is 22 years old located in Oak Ridge with about 5000 ft.². Storm Guard replaced our roof with architectural shingles. They did a wonderful job and were easy to work with. Last month they replaced our gutter guards and repaired several areas where squirrels were getting into the attic. Again, they were very easy to work with and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

  Storm Guard really are THE people to rely on. They were willing to stand up to ensure we could get our roof covered by insurance but luckily didn't need to. With the price range I selected below, we payed maybe a fifth of it. Everyone we interacted with was calm and professional, but didnt baby us when explaining what all needed to be done. Knowledgeable, expertly so, but with good bedside manner. Then when it was all square, and they were allowed to get to work, they knocked out the full roof replacement in a day. It was craaaazy how fast they knocked it out. Our new roof looks beautiful and we are no longer exposed to the elements after this year's heavy wintery storms. Cannot recommend them more.

  I’ve called several people out to look at my roof and Alex and Neal have been the most thorough. They didn’t use any high pressure sale tactics. They genuinely wanted to find the actual problem and find a reasonably cost efficient solution. They have been so kind. I would definitely recommend.

  We have a flat section of roof that needed replacing. Brian and Storm Guard sold a very good product. The work was scheduled during the time of the sleet storm and the following snow storm. They were able to get this work started and completed during the recovery of these storms. Brian Martin is a great salesman and representative of Storm Guard. From our first contact seeking help through completion of the job Brian stayed in contact with us. He also made several inspections before and throughout work. He sent us pictures of the progress upon making these inspections. We are very happy with the job done by the crew. I am certain that for our lifetime of this section we will not have any leaks. I would recommend Storm Guard for any roofing needs.
