Excellent service all around. I submitted a contact request through their website, got a response the next day, and Alfonso was at my house the following day. He quickly identified the exact issue, showed me examples of other houses that had the same issue, and walked me through the whole process of repairing the damage and making some changes to prevent the problem from coming back in the future - things the original roof replacement company should have done but didn't. He completed the entire repair very quickly, showed me before and after photos (including photos of the siding/shingles removed so I could see the exact leak), and left everything good as new. Fair prices, friendly people, and quality work. I'd recommend giving them a call if you have a roof leak.

I called The Roof Leak Detective after I had a tree limb fall and damage a few shingles. Not only was Alfonso able to come that afternoon to take a look, but he was able to replace the shingles while he was here. Highly recommend!

These guys are absolute pros! I was looking for someone to address a leak in the roof which had penetrated my bedroom ceiling. I placed a call the evening before and Alphonso was onsite the following day. He was able to quickly identify the source of the leak and clearly explain the process and options. The crew arrived on time to perform the repair and they were very efficient. I received pictures of the work as it was being performed. Payment process was professional and I really appreciated the one year warranty on the work. I'd recommend them hands down for any roof repair work.

These folks were very responsive. They responded the next day and came out to fix a leak in Roof vent boot. In fact they replaced both the roof went boots on my roof at a reasonable price in the same afternoon. I feel comfortable that that is one area I would not have to worry about when the next rain comes. great service.

The reviews are spot on as I have experienced the same quality of workmanship and honesty from TheRoofLeakDetectives. Alfonso and his dad diagnosed and fixed a leak in our metal roof that prior roofers only covered up temporarily using caulk rather than solving the problem completely. TheRoofLeakDetectives answered all of our questions from the beginning and took pictures throughout the repair process for our review. Their price was very competitive. I am confident the leak has been permanently fixed, and they even offered a 1 year guarantee on their labor. I highly recommend them to my neighbors, friends and family members!
