  I had my roof replaced in 2019, but unfortunately, by 2024/2025, we noticed a significant leak in one of our rooms. The warranty for the roofing work, which promised 10 years without leaks, was sent electronically to my phone at the time. However, that phone is no longer functional, and the email containing the warranty was deleted due to Yahoo’s policies on older messages. The damage caused by the poorly installed roof is clear, including water stains and structural issues. Additionally, the roof’s design is flawed, with the top of the roof not properly centered—an indication of poor workmanship. When I contacted the company to request a copy of the warranty, they refused to provide it. The owner came out to inspect the damage but declined to honor the warranty without the original document. Despite multiple follow-ups with the office, they refused to provide proof of the transaction or a copy of the warranty. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a company fail to stand by their work and honor a valid warranty. I strongly encourage others to look for alternative contractors to avoid a similarly frustrating experience. If the company decides to act with honesty and work with me to resolve this issue, I will gladly update or remove this review.

  I left a review before but they created a different google listing adding the LLC because of all of the negative reviews on the old one. This company is one of worst offenders of illegal garbage signs littering all of Atlanta for years and years. Do not support a business that creates visual pollution all over our city.

  Scheduled an appt on 17 March for Monday, 24 March 2025 and they no call, no showed. Wasted my time. Will not recommend. Be professional and do better!

  Does not honor warranty like they claim. My shingles been coming off since they replaced my roof and now they want to charge me to fixed shingles that should not have came off. I would not recommend their service.

  Your roof was replaced on 04/22/2018. We give a 5 year warranty. Therefore your warranty has expired. As well as we’re NOT responsible for any wind or hail damage once roof is replaced as stated on the contract.

  I highly recommend LPZ Roofing! They replaced the damaged siding on my home and did an outstanding job. Their prices were reasonable, the team was professional and courteous, and they arrived on time as scheduled. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. I am extremely satisfied with the results and would definitely use LPZ Roofing again!

  Lopez Roofing was great to work with. I called them because of a leak in my roof. They came out the next day to look at my roof and provide an estimate. Thankfully they were able to complete the same day. I would recommend Lopez Roofing to other customers.
