  In my experience, Certified Roofing and Gutters repairs failed to complete critical storm-related repairs after my home was damaged two years ago. None of these repairs were completed, despite repeated attempts to communicate and resolve. This exposure has resulted in extremely high power bills, adding ongoing financial strain on top of an already difficult situation. Communication and accountability were lacking, and commitments were not honored. I am sharing this review to help others make informed decisions. I am providing pictures DON'T LET THIS BE YOUR STORY

  We understand that storm damage may have occurred prior to our involvement. However, for clarity, our contract for this project was signed on August 24, 2025. The roof replacement was completed on September 10, 2025. Additional repairs to the windows, vinyl underpinning, and front and rear doors began in October. Due to unforeseen scheduling delays with specialty trades, some items took longer than expected. We communicated those updates during the process. Before the remaining work could be completed, we were informed that we were not to return to the property. We stand behind the work that was completed and were fully prepared to finish the remaining items. We remain willing to discuss and resolve any outstanding concerns in a professional manner.

  I don’t leave bad reviews, but this is the exception. My roof was services a few years ago and unfortunately they replaced my roof on rotten wood. I’ve since gotten other estimates and every company says that I the work done was unsatisfactory. No one from certified roofing told me and they didn’t offer to fix it. Now my soffits are rotting. In addition to that, my services were not completed on time. It took over 6 months. On average, it took me weeks to get a response on any questions or request I had. It just wasn’t a good experience. In order to replace my soffits, I have to replace the entire roof again and they literally ignored calls and emails. Ive sent multiple letters, my lawyers have sent multiple letters to no avail. I would not recommend using this company under any circumstance.

  Will not return calls. Roof is leaking after 1 year of installation. They will not call you back after leaving several messages.

  Do not use this company!!! After a nightmare process, I had a new roof. The salesman Todd, was like a used car salesman. He reeled me in, baited me, then had zero follow through after the contract was signed. He lied about so many things during the process, leading me to belive I was getting more than I actually did. Seven years later, I have a flashing problem which has caused the roof plywood to rot and collapsed my second floor ceiling after a recent storm. This is due to a faulty installation which I wouldn't have known unless this damage had happen due to 8 inches of rain in 1 day.

  Bad Roofing Job On July 8,2019 I signed a contract for this company to replace my roof through a insurance claim. I was charged $19,500 to replace roof. The end of 2021 my roof started to leak in one of my bedroom. I followed up with company after I noticed the ceiling. They came out put tarp up on roof in that area. Since they have not followed up or came back. I have reached out several times by phone and spoke with Indya the lady who answers calls. She has promised me that some one would follow up mutiple times. I have reached our my text. I have had my daughter called to have been told the same thing. My roof is now leaking in the Kitchen. My daughter reached out again only to be asked the same questions as 2021 and 2022. What is the address and who do you want them to contact your mother or you. I am a elderly woman with limited resources. I gave them the job because of them saying they would take care of me only to not honor there warranty and give me the run around about fixing. There contract states 3 yr labor warranty and 30 year manufacturer. My roof started leaking within a year and now spreading. 20k is a lot of money to not have a job completed correctly and not honor the faulty job. The company has horrible customer service. Un professionals workers and most importantly they are not equipped with skills to to follow through on the warranty contracts. They should be out out business and there homes leak the way they have have mine.

  If I could give them a zero I would. You will get a roof done quickly, but when it starts to leak they will do nothing but make promises to come out and take care of it and they never will. Take your business elsewhere with a company who stands by their work. I've been calling them for a year to get nothing but a run around.

  Do not use this company. They make a ton of promises regarding warranty on product to earn your business however, they don't deliver as promised. This roof is barely 5 years old and it's falling apart. Contacted them, they said that they will contact me but never did, they even stopped answering the phone calls. My insurance came out and said the entire side of the house was done incorrectly. Insurance inspector said the nails were put in the wrong location on the shingles, that's why they're falling off the house. They won't even take care of their customers even when it's obviously their fault. This is a total disgrace for a company to ignore a case like this. Shameful business practices.
