  I was not happy the salesman offered us differed payments until July but apparently didn't get it in writing from the bank, slick, very slick. It was the reason we didn't bother to get more estimates. Was later discovered we could have gotten a new roof for half that price. It was the wrong color too. I had chosen blue to reduce cooling cost in the summer as dark attracts heat. We ended up with almost black, with blue in it. I'm very disappointed.

  Sales tactics are forceful they have many ways to ensure you buy their product. They keep in excellent communication. However I had to back out due to extreme unexpected circumstances and no one at the company is responding. I paid a $1000 down payment. Crickets. The 2 young guys they sent to my house were really sweet and passionate about what they do. However I let their boss Anthony know my situation and needed to cancel as I am letting my home go and not going to be able to proceed. Not a single soul has given me a response since Monday....I need answers it would be nice to at least receive a response to the emails I have sent.

  0/10 would never recommend. Price gouging, and if you're using the house for a rental, they won't work with you. Literally makes zero sense. Especially considering how many other choices out there folks have for roofers. Cutting y'alls noses off, lmao. Good luck with it!

  Contacted them to provide an estimate on a roof replacement. What I did not know was that I would then be barraged by salesmen calling then hanging up without leaving a message. 9 calls in 3 days when I returned the hang ups they identified themselves as Erie Exceedingly rude, avoid unless you like hang up calls.

  Do not use this company they lied to us and I tried calling them and they never called me back. They used the bait and switch with us they do not care about you when they are done .but love you when you are thinking about using them

  Roof installation went spectacular, the gutter crew wasn't as great, they didn't do as great of a cleanup as the roofers did but still was a good over all experience with Erie.

  My experience with Erie Homes was wonderful. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured to buy. The quality of the materials were Grade A.   While we are very happy with our beautiful new roof, we felt that the sales pitch was stressful and a bit extreme. The salesman were pleasant and knowledgeable but insistent that we sign at the moment to get the best price available. The crew that installed our roof were extremely hard working, courteous and respectful of the property. At the end of the day we are very pleased with our beautiful new roof and the warranty.

  I love my new roof. The materials are top quality, and I feel like I just upgraded my home. I've already received several compliments on it. The crew was professional, too. They arrived on time, did everything they promised, and completed installation in 1 day. I would recommend this company.
