We had storm damage and lost around 25 shingles, so we called for roofing help. michael did a great job explaining our options, from fixing the immediate roof damage to doing a full replacement on our older roof. the advice he shared from his roofing experience made it much easier to choose the best path for our home. We could have gone either way, and the crew was ready to help with either roof repair or full roof replacement. In the end, we decided to replace the entire roof, and the team really delivered. they tore off the old roofing system and installed the new roof in just one day. isaiah and the crew worked hard, stayed organized, and did quality work from start to finish. One thing that really stood out was the mobile dumpster they used for the roofing project. It could raise, lower, and move around the property, which helped protect the driveway and kept cleanup under control. The final result was a very clean job site, strong new shingles, and a brand new roof that looks great and gives us peace of mind during heavy rain, wind, and hot GA weather. dillon and the team made the whole process smooth, professional, and easy to understand.

I’m really glad we chose Ortega Family Roofing Llc for our roof and gutter replacement. We got a high quality Owens Corning roofing system at a fair price, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Michael was honest, clear, and easy to work with, which made a big difference. We compared several roofing estimates, and this one stood out because everything was explained in a simple, professional way without any pressure. After inspecting and measuring the roof and gutters, we received a detailed estimate by email that saved us time and made it easy to review the scope of work. The crew was organized, respectful of our property, and showed strong knowledge of roofing materials, ventilation, and proper installation. It was refreshing to work with a roofing company in Snellville that focused on quality workmanship, fair pricing, and good communication. Our new roof and gutters look great, and we feel confident knowing the job was handled the right way.

i needed some roofing work done in Snellville: fixing a skylight leak and removing an old polycarbonate deck cover, then replacing it with a 3-tab shingle roof that matched the house better. After a strong recommendation from a neighbor, i reached out to a local roofing company, and it turned out to be a very smart choice. It was easy to work with dillon from the start. He listened carefully as i explained the roof issues, answered the questions that came up after our first visit, and stayed in touch through the whole project. The communication was clear, the scheduling was smooth, and the whole process felt organized and stress-free. i am very pleased with both the price and the quality of the roofing work. If you need roof repairs or shingle replacement, ask for michael and sebastian on the crew. They showed up on time, worked steadily, and clearly cared about doing the job right. Their workmanship was solid from start to finish. When installing shingles, michael was very careful and precise instead of rushing through the nailing. He made sure the nails were placed where they should be for a stronger, longer-lasting roof. He also did an excellent job with the flashing around the skylight, which gave me confidence that the leak problem was properly handled. The finished deck roof looks clean, well-built, and fits the home much better. i would gladly contact them again for any future roofing work.

Isaiah with Ortega Family Roofing LLC took care of my hail damage claim after a major storm. He managed the full roofing process, including the roof inspection, checking the exterior, and working directly with the insurance company so things moved smoothly. The crew re-roofed my house in one day, did a thorough clean up, and hauled everything away when the job was done. They also helped with the roofing work on my steel barn, along with my siding and gutters, which made the whole exterior repair process much easier. Communication was clear and professional from start to finish, and they shared progress photos so I always knew what was happening. The team showed up on time, kept me updated regularly, and made the entire project stress free. I really appreciated the extra time they took to explain the roofing process, materials, and next steps. Their workmanship was solid, the service was friendly, and they truly went the extra mile. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone in Snellville needing roof repair, storm damage help, or a full roof replacement.

Dillon helped us a lot. After our first contractor left the job near the end, Dillon and Michael carefully looked over the project, fixed problem areas, handled the gutter and roofing details, and got everything back on track. Their skilled crew installed Hardie plank siding, finished the screened-in porch with composite decking, completed the roof deck, and repainted the original section in just a few business days. They paid close attention to every part of the exterior work, from the roofline and water drainage to the final siding and paint finish. We feel much more at ease now because of their care, clear communication, and solid workmanship. The whole project turned out even better than we expected.

I got a lot of strong recommendations while looking for a roofer for a full roof replacement and new gutters, and I’m glad I went with this team. Isaiah did an excellent job explaining the scope of work in simple detail, including the roofing materials, gutter installation, cleanup, and what to expect during each step of the project. The roofing crew completed everything just as outlined in the contract, and the workmanship was solid from start to finish. A few days later, they came back to install the gutters, and those turned out great too. The whole project felt organized and professional, and communication stayed clear the entire time. Most importantly, the roof leak problems are gone, the new roof looks excellent, and they followed through with the registered warranty exactly as promised. Their pricing was fair compared to other roofing estimates I received. They were not the lowest bid and not the highest either, but the value was clearly there. When a roofer does the job right the first time, it makes a big difference. I highly recommend them for roofing and gutter work.

i was very happy with Dillon and company: Ortega Family Roofing LLC. i had wind damage on a property in Snellville, and even though he was busy, he made time to meet me there and do a full roof inspection. He explained the damage clearly and suggested that i contact my insurance company for help with the claim. After the approval came through, the crew moved quickly and handled the whole roofing job in just one day. They tore off two old layers, installed a new roof, and upgraded it with dimensional shingles at no extra cost. The workmanship looked great, and the roof system felt solid and professionally done. Communication stayed strong from start to finish, and i always knew what was happening with the schedule, materials, and next steps.
