  Mr. Hawkins we would like to say again that we appreciate the opportunity on completing a roof tune-up for your roof in February of 2016. You advised you were pleased with the work and experienced a leak to your roof over 1 year later that you requested we evaluate for you in April of 2017 from a new rainstorm which caused a shingle to blow off. You wanted to know if our roof tune-up would cover that leak and we explained to you the roof tune-up guarantee had fully expired and that this leak was something separate that we would be happy to address with you. After our evaluation we did not hear from you again until another 1yr+ stating you had another leak. We immediately sent our lead inspector out and again determined a new leak which we provided a quote to you on but you mentioned that you were interested in only paying up to $250 for the job because we had completed a roof tune-up for you 2 years prior. You have had a few conversations with our lead inspector about your roofing issue and how it is not related to any previous work done by us. Unfortunately, you have a new leak that needs immediate attention which we would be happy to address for you. Feel free to give us a call in the event you would like to move forward. Warm regards..

  Contact them to repair damage roof around April 2015. After some issues with playing phone tag with them they finally showed up to repair damage around May of 2015. The repairman convince me to sign up for the ANNUAL Maintenance package. They would repair any damage to my roof for an ANNUAL COST. What he didn't tell me is, it's up to the customer to keep track of your annual date. So you can contact them to tell them you want to continue with the maintenance package with them. I found that out today when I call to have maintenance done on my roof. Pretty convenient wouldn't you say? I should have follow my first mind and not have done business with them. I gave them two stars, after thinking about it I will they had - stars I could give them. I won't say not to do business with them. But, get a complete and clear understanding in writing before you do.

  From start to finish The Roof Clinic did an amazing job on my detached garage roof. They removed the old metal one and replaced it with a stunning dark grey shingled option that complimented our silver exterior paint. Eric and Tomeka are very professional, courteous and friendly.   Excellent work and communication. Payment was easy to make and anything that was needed, I was immediately notified. They took the time to assess and explain everything to me. Thank goodness my roof was repaired in time before a giant rain storm the following day!

  I am so very grateful for The Roof Clinic and Eric Thomas. Excellent services, timeliness, and helpful communication -- and above all, superb customer service. We engaged The Roof Clinic to replace our roof in 2019 and it has served us well! After noticing a leak this week, Eric performed a follow-up inspection (4 years after my initial installation) and identified issues that were caused by excessive leaf accumulation on the roof. Eric's professionalism and kindness once again exceeds our pre-existing high expectations. I can't say enough great things about this company and it's people. I will never consider any other roofing company. Thanks!!

  We dreaded calling for the estimate because we did not know if our insurance would cover the damages. Mr. Eric Thomas inspected our roof, spoke to our insurance adjuster, took pictures of the damage on the roof and inside of our home. He made our roof installation experience a seamless one.He provided a detailed description of every aspect of our installation. He sat down and explained the line items to us and answered all of our questions. Our roof was installed in one day. I went to work with a sad looking roof and returned to a beautiful one! I hope I won’t need a new installation anytime soon, but if I do, I’m calling The Roof Clinic.

  Fantastic company. I used them for a roof leak and they came out and repaired it same day within an hour or so. It was the easiest experience I could have asked for and completely affordable too. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future!
